Scam or fraud: Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Landline telephone dead from last 3 months

Dear Sir,

I have the above mentioned landline in my house at Bandra west, (near meheboob) studio and I am using this line since more than 20 years and my mode of payment for this line is ECS directly through my bank account from last almost more than 15 years, now as I am out of India my flat was rented and when I came on vaccination to India I found my land line is not working.

Please look in the matte as I need my this land line to start immediately as all my contacts and relative have my this landline number if any charges are there please deduct from same bank account from which my all bills of telephone are deducted.

Scam or fraud: Hero Motocorp — Unacceptable bike servicing experiance

Incident date: 08-12-2016, Invoice no / date: 11434-03-RINV-1216-7176/08-12-2016 16:04:50, Job card no: 11434-03-RJC-1216-7039

I have done servicing of my bike in Navdeep Motors, Ulhasnagar, Thane having TIN no: 27350146662V. Which is authorized Hero Motor Corp service center.
I am very disappointed after I have collected my bike from this service center and I strongly say that the service center has not offered the service which is worth the money i have paid.

There are 5 faults that I want to highlight and observed after i collected my bike.

1. Petrol level reduced from half of tank capacity to reserve level which is unacceptable loss on petrol nearly about 300 rupees. I have no proofs of petrol level before i submitted my bike but Yes i am sure about this tank is halfly filled before.
2. After installing petrol pipe, clip which is suppposed to be fitted to hold pipe tight and intact was not present, which is resulted in petrol leakage and this may be resulted in catching fire and accendent to myself in future.
3. Engine oil leakage. I have observed oil leakage from engine which is because of visor used is low quality or may not be taken into care to change if already damaged. this may have resulted in slipping bike in middle of road or damage to piston if engine oil level has got low.
4. Broken lock which is present under pillion seat. This lock was in good condition before i have submitted my bike for servicing. but after servicing i have found that lock is in broken condition and not informed to me about this. which is shocking.
5. Wheel alignment has not done properly. I can feel tyre is getting touch to something and making vibration and sound.

I have informed this faults to supervior, But only petrol clip problem is resolved.
I dont say problem never appears or mistake never happens from service centers and employees working their.
But my point is please provide service which is value for the money custermer pays.

I need explanation why this things are happpend and who is responsible for this poor service.

Also providing invoices and bills for servicing i have done. I request to please find upload images.

Transferred amount of Rs. 3000/- from my ICICI bank account bank txn id is 8576055420663530 through my PAYTM wallet registered mobile no. Is 7814303479 wallet txn I’d is 4650042449 to other PAYTM wallet registered no. 9814286186 wallet txn I’d is 4650042581 dtd. 18.12.2016 time 6:42AM but till date amount is not transferred to his PAYTM wallet or not refund to my PAYTM wallet.

All i have is a transaction succsfull mail from citrix

I’m not at all satisfied by Fiitjee Amritsar’s head Mr.Dinesh and their receptionist Ms. Madhvi. Their way of speaking is really bad and unethical.
They dont treat the students and parents well. Before admission they treat you good but as soon as you enrol your child they show themselves out.
Many times my ward has been refused to give exams or notes because they dont want to an extra photostate. They send important messages regarding timings and schedule on whatsapp and that too at the last moment.
Please give it a thought

My customer id is 36581237.
This is regarding the poor customer service of Videocon D2H. I have upgraded my existing SD STB to HD. Initially when I raised the request for this upgrade, they told that it would be installed within 48 hrs. They had taken 10-12 days to install the new STB. I had to call them so many times for this installation as they do close requests without even solving anything or informing to customer! It was a surprise to me! Now I am in similar situation with the STB and remote. After they installed the new STB, from very beginning the remote was not working properly. So I called them on 27-Nov and registered one complaint and they told that this would be solved within 24 hrs. Then nothing happened. So I called them again on 10-Dec. They told that previous request has been closed! So they raised one more complaint with a same commitment that this will be resolved within 24 hrs. Now the remote is not working at all! I am not able to view any channels for last 3 days.
I want immediate action on this. Their customer service is very bad. They always take complaints, but then nothing happen. And my question is how do they close complaints without solving those?

Scam or fraud: Pizza Hut India — Rude manager and Foul smelling pizza

We had ordered a Paneer Vegorama pan pizza and it had foul smell. We contacted the staff and reported the same issue. A delivery guy came and told to meet the manager. After going to the same store along with the delivery guy, the manager was extremely rude to talk to and was telling us to prepare the pizza by ourselves. If we are to prepare the pizza by ourselves, why are they even providing the service. The manager was unapologetic even at the end of talk. Further to mention, the pizza was not eaten by any of the staff and they were not ready to take the responsibility for the same. If such rotten ingredients are used in pizza, it could cause someone serious health issues and could bring bad name to the company name.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money sent to bank has not been debited

Complaint Details:
Rs. 6, 500 was added in the account wallet and as it could not be transferred to the bank account where I was supposed to send money, the money remained in the wallet, where there was an option of sending the money back to the bank from where it was debited.

This all happened on the 17th of December, 2016.
Now I have already sent PayTM an email through their app explaining whatever happened. There was no reply to that email saying they got it or would surely resolve it. I have been calling them but all I can hear is the automated machine which says they will call back. But no email or phone call.

Scam or fraud: Citibank — Poor customer care service

Complaint Details:
My citibank credit card was fradulently used by miscreants. I had spent more than 30 min. to raise my grievance to a citiphone officer in Chennai, IVRS said all the officers were busy!
After several attempts, I could place my complaint at mumbai no. 022 26815676. On 18.12.16, an officer in Mumbai told me that my grievance had been forwarded to the “Dispute Team” & would get a call in the next 48 hours.
No call came from citibank.
I had escalated my grievance to Anna Salai Office on 22.12.16 & submitted a written complaint in person. I was told that I’d get a call in 24 hrs.!

7 days gone but nobody ever called from Citibank!
Citibank proudly claims that it is over 200 years old & it never sleeps!

Seems like the Citibank is too busy that it has no time to address it’s customer’s grievance!
