Complaint Details:
Rs. 6, 500 was added in the account wallet and as it could not be transferred to the bank account where I was supposed to send money, the money remained in the wallet, where there was an option of sending the money back to the bank from where it was debited.
This all happened on the 17th of December, 2016.
Now I have already sent PayTM an email through their app explaining whatever happened. There was no reply to that email saying they got it or would surely resolve it. I have been calling them but all I can hear is the automated machine which says they will call back. But no email or phone call.
