Complaint Details:
Took membership from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia early in 2016.2 months back i raised request for Darjeeling and Gangtok booking by an agent Sashi working there under management of Amutha, also working in Kuala Lumpur. The hotels in the link provided were hotel anand in Darjeeling and hotel utpala in Gangtok (associated properties) for which I have proof as WhatsApp chat. He have confirmed both the places for the requested dates 25 and 26 Dec 2016 Darjeeling and 27 to 31 2016 Gangtok. My husband also went to meet this agent Sashi 15 days before flying that time he didn’t confirm anything about changing property. when we were just left with 2 days before flying he gave us Hotel Apsara in Darjeeling and booked Hotel Vajrakali in Gangtok leaving us with no option but to take these. Upon coming here we are realising you have given hotels with very low rating (below 2) and very far from city area. I would like to take this case forward in terms of forgery and misguiding the customer.

Please make sure they book the properties mentioned on the link or else cancel the membership and return the money we paid at the time of membership.

In Ramesh Nagar Single Storey New Delhi near Mother Dairy street dogs strength are Increasing on daily basis and it is being years no action has taken yet.

These dogs spreading so vastly in our area where now we can not even walk on roads safely also these dogs used to dirt our parks by doing shift in grasses, which makes our park dirty and not in use for people to walk and exercises.

In addition to that these dogs are now not safe for children’s senior citizens ladies and for others who can not help themselves.

Please send your vechile to pick all these street dogs, from our area and allow people to walk on the road safely.

As myself & family members are at home today so how the message received saying door closed and for re-booking again.

I have bought my redmi note 3 on 13 Nov. Facing issue with a spare part was ordered since past 1 month at service center B2X Service Solutions SHOP NO MZ 22 YASHWANT PLAZA NEAR RAILWAY STATION, SOUTH TUKOGANJ INDORE ( M P ) – 452001 but no response from the service center.
No help and not providing proper service. Advising to buy spare from ebay although my phone is under warranty.

Need to replace the sim socket but unable to do it since past 1 month.

Since last 5 years we are taking policies of our employees. We changed the sales persons 3 times for quick service issue.
This time we are dealing the task through Mr. Rajendra Badgujar (9850845899) who is working under code of his wife.

We have given a request on 25th Nov16 & after many calls reminders he NOT given us policy on 23rd Dec16 which we require as per our customer’s (Siemens) requirement. So unavailability of policy they stopped entry to our engineering team of 22 as we fail to renew the gate pass due to policy not there.

Now as per contract now our customer ll deduct Rs.11000 per day as a penal from our invoice. To save that Im given many calls & reminders but they not bother about the emergency.

IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER WHO LL HENCE FORTH LL COME TO U. SO BY EXPERIENCE WE STARED SHIFTING OUR POLOCIES TO OTHER CO. THIS IS A DIRECT LOSS TO STAR HEALTH.
Also Hadapsar Sr Br. Manager dont know about anything.

I have purchased Lenova K2 note music edition on 29/10/2016 and mobile is not working properly,
battery drain off complety after 30min usage, its heat up quickly, application not working properly hangs up.
Went to lenova service center in vizag gave complain n showed bill of purchased date and they booked complained but they simply updated software and gave it back to us keeping it for 10days, we used the mobile again same complain 2nd time went to service center gave it to rectify they promised they wil change motherboard and also battery after 10 days we went n took the phone again same problems. 3r time gave it to service center again and asked them if they have changed motherboard and battery no stock available so they cud not change and repair it, there system show nothing they have done and returned to us, asked them as we have received faulty device will they replace they simple said they wont replace, neither they repairing the product nor exchanging the phone.
Its not our fault, its manufacturer fault that we got faulty product and neither they rectifying the problem neither replacing it .

Scam or fraud: Sony India — Sony xperia m4 aqua dual phone

Complaint Details:
I bought my phone sony xperia m4 aqua on 9/12/2015 srinagar Kashmir . On 7/12/2016 i went to service centre regarding the phone ringer issue.They did the software repair and returned my phone. On 8/12/2016 i again went there for the same complaint, they said they will replace the set and provided me the job sheet.
On 20/12/2016, they called me and asked me that my set has been replaced and i can come to receive my handset.
I went there and received the set, they assured me that if you face any other problem you can come because it still has 90 days warranty.
It worked well for 12 hours and then i again faced the same problem.
I had to leave on 21/12/2016 for bhopal.
I showed it to the service care on 26/12/2016, they said it is out of warranty. They charged me 115 RS for software repair, but it still has same issues plus it is autorestarting now.
Kindly look into the matter.
They have not replaced the set, they have only changed the motherboard because of which the imei no. Has changed, they have cheated actually

What i am supposed to do now??
