Since last 5 years we are taking policies of our employees. We changed the sales persons 3 times for quick service issue.
This time we are dealing the task through Mr. Rajendra Badgujar (9850845899) who is working under code of his wife.
We have given a request on 25th Nov16 & after many calls reminders he NOT given us policy on 23rd Dec16 which we require as per our customer’s (Siemens) requirement. So unavailability of policy they stopped entry to our engineering team of 22 as we fail to renew the gate pass due to policy not there.
Now as per contract now our customer ll deduct Rs.11000 per day as a penal from our invoice. To save that Im given many calls & reminders but they not bother about the emergency.
IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER WHO LL HENCE FORTH LL COME TO U. SO BY EXPERIENCE WE STARED SHIFTING OUR POLOCIES TO OTHER CO. THIS IS A DIRECT LOSS TO STAR HEALTH.
Also Hadapsar Sr Br. Manager dont know about anything.
Even he forwasrd a approved quote after 4 days after our 4 calls
