I am sundara lakshmanan and I baught a new Datsun go car in dindigul showroom this 30th January 2016. I am facing frequent problem in air conditioning on the earlier stage and its been serviced two times. Again I have a same complaint. Still the vehicle is not serviced. Staffs who works in showroom and service are not responding. Kindly resolve the problem. Thank you.

Hi,

Liberty salon newly opened in irla. Pathetic services. Had gone for eye brow & hair trim. Badly cut no shape full slant almost it cost me 2 inch of my hair. Hair salon has no idea about anything. The owner is not bothered, the manager roams out like awara n no1 to tc of the salon when m complaining i was told to move out of the salon, super guts inspite of their mistake. The owner is enjoying in goa. He is like i dont know what to do. When i went to enrich asked them if i could get my hair lenght back they told only 1 way that is extentions. But when the owner came to know what its gona cost him hes like he cant do anything about it. I have my engagement wedding next year feb. N trusting a salon like them was my big mistake. Upar se the staff is throwing attitude on me. The owner challenged go if you get the lenght i will pay and now when the solution is there he backed out. What an awesome service. Shahrukh – the manager – who has no skill of a manager and roams out as no customer in the salon. Owner – javed – least bothered whats hapenning in the salon. And the staff – a standing oviation to them 4 people telling me to get out of the salon as if the customer listens what will they think. But not even 1 customer inside.

I want justice and matter sorted out

Frauds.

The other highlight – the female who did my eyebrow – did it so roughly that i have marks all over my face, i. E forehead, chin & near the brows.

And all this happened bymistakely.

Hi team,

I have orderred online from shoppersstop a cloth, using my gift vochers and debit card worth rs 550 on 11 nov 2016 and order got cancelled, i havnt recieved my product. When i contacted customer care to issue me new egv, it has been more than a month i am chasing them, they are not giving my product, nor money, everyday they will make fake promises and customer care is very bad, they treat us like beggars. I am seriously into lot of pain because of it, thus raising a complain against them. Happy to give any further information regarding this. Please address it asap.

Bought Nutri blend three months back. It’s not working. After a weeks effort they sent technician to repair it. It worked for a day n then it stopped working again. Tried calling customer service but they don’t pick up the phone. After a weeks hard work finally able to speak to them. Again they are telling me that they will send the technician but they can’t change the product. One should leave everything n do this only . It’s a waste of money n time. These products should be banned. Ours is hard earned money. Please replace the product.

Today (22/12/2016), I boarded a cab through Ola Pass. The details are as follows:

I have knee fracture due to what I can’t walk down the slopes/walk up the slopes using Crutches. My office is down a slope from the main road; that’s why I book the cab for exact address of the office. So far I have never faced such a issue, that a driver denied to drop me at the exact location. Today when I asked the driver to drop me at the location he denied and ask me to book personal cab if I have some disability. I had one of my colleague in the same cab along with a fellow passenger. None of them had any objection regarding the same, but the driver bullied and threaten me that, it was his own cab and not from Ola, so he will do what he please like.

My point is, even if the cab is his own, he is still going by Ola brand and I know the brand. Ola is very responsible so far. But these kind of incidences will put marks on Ola as a brand. I am not disabled, it is just a temporary thing. So, does he/Ola (to me it’s Ola) mean that disabled people can’t take shared cab, because it might create inconvenience for the cabby? But, how about the fact that Cabby accepts all the passengers, irrespective of the fact that whether they are on the same route or not and waste ample time in searching location and dropping other passengers to unrelated route?

Kindly, take this issue seriously as this was really insulting and illogical.

I will look forward to a justified reply from Ola.

Dec 22, my flight was at 12 Pm which was completely gone. Then I got put on a flight at 3.10 pm, and was told I can wait in the lounge which I found charges Rs 2400 + tax!! what kind of a joke is this. I am an NRI with a foreign passport and I had a corporate ticket which in your domestic flights is the highest fare, yet I was not given a seat on the next available flight. I would have expected compensation and at the very least complimentary lounge. I purchased Rs 40, 000 worth of Indigo tickets this month, which I will never do again, and surely will no recommend this airline to anyone. And given teh amount of contacts I have, surely Indigo will rethink their customer service!

I had ordered a product from above mentioned website maxbhi, order id is #399362, they said product stock is not available and my order status is canceled, the amount I paid is refunded to maxbhi wallet. Now the product I was looking for is not in stock anymore and how am I supposed to utilize the refunded points. Kindly refund my money to my original payment method i.e. paytm wallet.

Raised a complaint on 15/12/2016. No response to it till now. I am contacting Cust care atleast 4 times/day(lost Rs.300).They blindly say that Engineer will come and resolve it. not providing info of Engineer too. They cut the call when I try to escalate. I have two recordings of my call with cust care person.
