I have been using eureka forbes water filter since 10 years.Since I was satisfied with the product and eureka forbes, I brought vacuum cleaner on confidence of your sales person Kishor Zawear -4007908, who said that they will give training how to use vacuum cleaner.But now even after 1 month he hasn’t given training for the same, even after many calls & messages to him.

Complaint Details:
I got a Vodafone number registered on my cousin’s name around 6 years back. I have been using this number for 6 years, and they have deactivated this number without notifying me for non usage. I was in Singapore for last 5 months and was receiving messages on this number till 25th November. The number suddenly got deactivated on 26th November. Now, when I came to india I have been visiting the Vodafone store for solving this issue but they keep saying that call the person on whose name this number was registered but my cousin is also in Singapore. So it’s not possible for me to call him to india to reactivate this number. I have been very disappointed with Vodafone for troubling me so much after 6yrs of association.

This is to inform you that your representative attempted for the delivery today but he was not having a POS with him, because of which I was not able to make the payment. So I request you to kindly reattempt the delivery with POS machine. It was so sad to let you know that, even your customer care executive was not able to make a satisfactory solution for this when I contacted over phone.

Click2naukri.in is an absolutely Fraud group of people calling and charging huge amount of money from job seekers assuring them of guaranteed job providers. They are fake callers mocking up like a reputed job portals. Why cant somebody do anything against them, otherwise they will keep on fooling people and job seekers like this. i have lost huge amount of money in this trap.
After charging money from job seekers, their contact number goes unresponding.

I purchased redmi 3s mobile phone 1 month ago, but this mobile phone got heated so much. The Screen of the mobile is got loosen due to heat problem of the phone. also some time the mobile phone hang up, some time i receive the call from someone my screen get hang up it is not working meanwhile the call i cant receive the call sometimes. Some time the mobile get suddenly get shut down.
SO I request mi.com kindly resolve the issue of my phone or give me replacement of the phone

Complaint Details:
I have purchased above said Home Theater from Vijay Sales on 11-Dec-2016. Your Service Engineer install the device on 13-Dec-2016. However, all files were not getting played properly. For example few files video could be seen, but audio could not be heard and visa-versa. Further, I am unable to have output of TV / CABLE to said device.

Your Service Engineer said he will report this problem. However, I did not receive any communication from Sony. Therefore, I reported the issue to Vijay Sales. I received a call from your Delhi Technical personnel and when I shared the issue, he said this is due to device not supporting high resolution files. He also mentioned that this device does not support HDMI ARC. He also added this being basic model, it does not support all the version.

I feel I am being not given the correct information during demonstration at the showroom. Further, I do not wish to have a device which does not satisfy my needs.

In light of above. may I humbly request you to please advice the amicable solution to me.

I hold and NRI account with ICICI bank, and when we tried to deposit money into the account.

We were told to re-KYC even though reKYC was done just 4 months ago). On top of this they kept lying that ICICI has been trying to get in touch via various means. This is not true and when questioned no one ICICI bank was able to provide any proof of any communication.

Their own site suggested that money can be deposited up to 50, 000 Rs if KYC is pending, but they still refuse.

When asked ICICI bank to log complaint, they keep avoiding and repeat the same excuse everytime.

I made a transaction which got failed and Paytm added cash in my wallet 2600.
Next day transfer it to my bank account but it’s been 3 days I haven’t received my money. Im trying to call but customer care no.end my call in between.
We have refunded Rs 2600 to your SBI bank for your Order ID 2425860379 on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.
Where is my money did you guys cheat this way?
