This is to inform you that your representative attempted for the delivery today but he was not having a POS with him, because of which I was not able to make the payment. So I request you to kindly reattempt the delivery with POS machine. It was so sad to let you know that, even your customer care executive was not able to make a satisfactory solution for this when I contacted over phone.
