Complaint Details:
We visited Star Hyper Bazaar, at Korum Mall Thane and did a shopping. When we reached the billing counter, it was terribly crowded and there was some problem with swiping of debit/credit cards due to some server problems
(11th December 2016).

When first time we swiped our debit card, the transaction was not completed (Time 5.41 PM) as per the billing clerk and again the billing operator made us swipe the card again (Time 5.43 PM).
However, both the time the payment was taken by Star Hyper Bazaar, ( Rs. 853.30) and we had received SMS from bank for these both payments and our account was debited twice. When we contacted our bank they had confirm that the payment is taken twice by merchant banker.

When we again contacted the Star Hyper Bazaar, there is no proper reply and we lost our money due to their fault. The moment it was happened, I complained to the Star Bazaar, Manager, ( With great difficulty and nearly wasting an hour), who gave us in writing that if amount is not refunded in 72 hours, The Star Bazaar would refund the same.

We contacted star Bazaar, same Manager, after a week and again complained verbally, but they were reluctant to take any action. I have collected a statement of my Bank, where in twice the money is debited..

I request you to take a suitable action and look in to matter and refund our said amount. Instead of we go digitally, we are loosing the trust in the system. For Star Bazaar, they got money twice and enjoying where as, consumer is suffering. I request you to look in to the matter, and take a suitable action and refund our money with our hardships in this matter.

We have order a pizza having invoice no. is DPI66182/2016-2017/61721 from Jubliant Foodworks ltd pallav char rasta ahmedabad . Before buying the pizza we have inquired about the NEARBY GIFT COUPON CODE having flat RS 100 Off and the representative has said that the said coupon is applicable on the home delivery. Delivery boy also accepts that coupons . After 30 Min of delivery when we have ate the pizza they have called us and said that the coupons are not valid, and valid for online only . On argument with them an employee ( Mr. Adarsh Dixit ) has said that if we don’t pay then they cut the salary of the pizza boy. For evidence also we have the call recording with us to make them feel guilty.

This is my second time i am on this page but still nothing is getting worked out . i got a call one said refund will be added other call told me that its been initiated . They all are making a fool of me everytime they call me with a new explanation . the amount is 5000 and its big enough for me to crib the hell out i have given the screenshot as well as other required documents too but still nothing . i repeat NOTHING FROM THEIR SIDE. just a call and thats it . i HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ITS HIGH TIME NOW .

This is my second time i am on this page but still nothing is getting worked out . i got a call one said refund will be added other call told me that its been initiated . You have installed your system on 14/12/2016 at my home with your package of Rs.1800/- which included one month free(Rs.560/- package) and we have paid Rs.2000/- extra Rs.200/-.
Now you have de-activated your service today e, i 25/12/2016 with out any reason to show your package have been completed.
Furthermore, our package will be completed on 24/01/2017 but you have de-active service today, I request to you resume my service from today and should be compensate my lost up to provide in service from your side.

So pls solve it now. And require call back by higher authority. Which are able to solve that problem by priority basis. Froid (rs.1000) is to be Done by paytm at 10 Dec.16

My courier is arrive last 5-7 days ago at Jaipur Blue Dart Office, Jaipur, and courier expected delhivery date is 25/12/2016. but not delhivered on my address. Why???????????????
I will call at office No. 0141-51911900 on 20/12/2016 and answered we will delhivered tomarrow at your address.

Sub : Complaint against lost consignment and Misbehave with customer by DTDC courier
services

Sir,

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier to Banda (UP) from Gurgaon dated
28th July 09. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 4 to 5 days; but today 18.08.2009; the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this
courier even. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
and telephonic plus my personal visits to there regional office in Gurgaon. When
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered. Last day when i
visited to there office they misbehave with me and said “do, whatever you can do” .
After that i reached to the nearest police station for this. They told me i should
complain to Consumer Forum for the same. Now i am feeling helpless..

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me, what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
followups with DTDC GURGAON REGIONAL OFFICE.

I got this system generated response from Pizza Hut. The call center responds that this mail was not sent by them
