I have placed online order on 6th Dec 2016 and order was not processed.
I got this system generated response from Pizza Hut. The call center responds that this mail was not sent by them
This is the mail I got..
Sincere Apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through. In case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back.
Request to please try placing the order via “Cash-On-Delivery” as our Payment Gateway Service Provider might be facing an outage.
