Complaint Details:
1. Fitness first offered a 6 month contract on their membership.
2. 6 months of my membership expires on 31st dec 2016.
3. I advised them to cancel my member ship in Nov 16 but they asked that I can submit a form for cancellation next month.
4. On 11th Dec 2016 I filled out a form and asked for cancellation.
5. They are now saying that they cant cancel my membership because I need to give 1 months notice and hence they are going to charge me for full 31 days in Jan 2017.
6. I am surprised with their behaviour and their way of looting simple people.
7. I don’t have 7200 rs to pay and their contract ends on 31st dec 2016. I have already paid till then.
8. Can you please intervene and halp as their one month notice has already been given.

Scam or fraud: Urban Ladder — Franco Leather Sofa

I had placed an Order for Full Leather Sofa’s with order no. R417442100 on 24/09.2016. Firstly the delivery date confirmed to me while placing the order was postponed by 10-15 days via an email on 04/11/2016.

Finally the product was delivered on 02/12/2016. Upon receiving the product I was shocked to notice that the sofa was not full Italian leather but a mix of leather and leatherette. I brought this to the notice of the delivery staff but they refused to believe that and said that it is all leather only. However I escalated my case to the call center and was assured that a product specialist will visit to verify the product. After repeated visits of different people I was again assured that its all 100% genuine leather, only I was sure that it wasn’t since I have a very good knowledge of leather products. So finally another team came over to open the sofa to prove that its all leather but as they opened it they released that I’ve been right all along and the product is indeed only half leather and the rest is leatherette. They clicked some pictures and told me that they will revert me back.

Now today, out of the blue, I’ve received an email saying that my Sofas can’t be repaired and a replacement will be made against them.

I would like your help with the following:

1. Nowhere through out the entire process I have received an apology from the seller for a mistake on their part. No verbal phone call apologizing for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Just an email saying that a replacement will be made and that too without any delivery date confirmation. The callous attitude of the seller towards its customer is clearly visible here.

2. The very difference between the Italian Leather and Leatherette is not much and they appear to be the same to a common eye. When the product was being unpacked my parents also thought that it is all leather until I made them notice. My point is that this may have happened to others also with them noticing the difference just like my parents.

3. I have shifted into a new home and ordered the sofas for the same. The replacement mail that I’ve received does not confirm any delivery date. Its been more that 3 months since I ordered the product and its still unclear when will I receive what I actually ordered.

4. I would want some compensation towards the delay and inconvenience caused to me and also the effort I had to put it to make them admit that the product indeed was not what they had described while I placed the order.

I wish the companies should not use these unfair trade practices and be courteous towards its customers.

On the 19th of dec i transferred rs 1900 to paytm via my debit card.i immediately transferred it back to my account.paytm wallet id.txn no-201612191599196 shows that the money was transferred.
today is the 27th of dec and the money still has not reached my account.i have written a email a day to paytm since the 19th.i have also received vague replies from them skirting around the issue.

Hi,

I am sachin. my id for abhibus is sachinchaudhary375@gmail.com. I booked bus from abhibus, they offered me cashback. I have done multiple transitions so I got total 450 rs cashback. Now when I am going to book a bus they are not allowing me to use that money, instead they are saying that you can only use some percent of your total cash. Its a fraud.

Kindly read the following information about Shiksha.com and the fake information that College management, under leadership of Sridhar Murthy, is giving through the medium of brainwashed students whom Sridhar Murthy has pressurised.

Shiksha.com verifies users but during verification anyone can give fake information. Shiksha.com can’t make out. And Shiksha.com will not send the police to check if the user actually exists or not. Plus the information and answers given in shiksha.com can definitely be wrongly given. Shiksha.com will not verify whether NSB placement gave 4.3 average salary or not which is totally false, we didn’t even get 3 lakhs average. So Sridhar Murthy is trying to fool the public by showing that shiksha.com is reliable which is totally wrong because shiksha.com doesn’t check the information. You can give fake information after joining shiksha.com. That is what NSB has done. Don’t fall in the trap that shiksha.com is reliable. It is NOT. And to do this Sridhar Murthy has cunningly brainwashed our juniors and super-juniors and written fake information through them with their account names. Kindly read the answers given by Sanjna Suresh and Jincy George who are our Juniors. They have written false information that Sridhar Murthy asked them to write. Plus how does Shiksha.com earn money?????? Think about this. There is a business agreement between shiksha.com and various colleges. And he is doing it through his students Sanjna Suresh and Jincy George. Outsiders will think that because these answers are given by students who are studying in college, it must be true. Even after going for France exchange program Laveena Lalit Chauhan got 15000 per month salary in careernet and pushpendra didnt get good placements at all. So what was the point in france exchange program. But sridhar murthy is trying to lie that france exchange program will improve a persons employability which is totally fake information. Also he is lying that 500 students went. Total fake. Entire Shiksha.com is full of fake information about nsb.
