Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Send money not received bank account

Complaint Details:
Respected sir /madam
I added money of 5000₹ to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank. The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account.I send mail to PAYTM but there was no response from the paytm there was no proper customer care service / phone number to speak to representative.
