I have done my flight ticket booking through IRCTC, and i have cancelled that, for the same they have to refund me around 1200 rupees, and it was happened in august month, I had contacted them many times through mail and through telephone costumer care number, they are not responding properly they even not worried about costumer time and patience and importance, they are behaving a as irresponsible employees, its because of that they do not have any higher level monitoring, every thing is going under costumer care employees only, so all they are very unacknowledged guys, and I think its a private organization, but they are behaving like worst then public organization employees, this is completely expressing their monopoly I ticket booking, Here i am requesting Mr. Suresh prabhu or Railway ministry (i don’t know it will be viewed by them or not) but please eliminate this type of mono ruling in public sectors.

One month back I have opened my salary account with axis bank and still it is not activated. I tried to contact with the salesman from whom I have opened my account but he is giving me false promises everyday. Now a days he is not picking my calls. His name is Raj and mobile number is 9740473264. My name is Arpan Kumar Guin and account number is 916010046914238. Please let me know what is the problem and activate my account immidately. This is really frustrating me.

These is the worst service i have ever had from any support services, uber is big time fraud website and there support services are worthless they deactivated my account saying that some other is using my mobile number, how can some other person can use my mobile number and before uber team deactivating the account i have raised complaint regarding debit on my balance which was in account, they haven’t gave any solution to issues why amount got debited and they have asked to contact paytm, however even paytm is worthless they have raised a complaint on this however haven’t got reply from paytm too, these both websites are looting and scamming people …

Can any one has direct contact to uber where we can blast the team sitting their giving the worst service and making people irritate by giving senseless reply to customers …

I have claimed my Xiomi mi4i mobile liquid damage insurance on July, 2016 through Oneassist india. but after many days they are not responding to my claim and every time they just tell me that your claim is under process. so after all, i cancelled my request and close that claim without repair of my handset on 27 Sep 2016. But whenever i call to oneassist customer care they ask me that we are tracking your handset and we will update you soon. i contact oneassist through twitter also but every time they just give their uniform answer “We sincerely regret the inconvenience. We’re looking into the issue on priority & will communicate shortly.” Still i did not get back my xiomi mi4i mobile. Please find my details of oneassist id and claim details and get back to me.

My order number 81256, the product got repaired in the very first day after unboxing, it worked well initially for 15mins, then stopped working, i hav premium warranty, i registered a complaint yesterday too, still no response, i feel like returning the product …contact me asap _ the product costs 4300 rs and it falls repair the very first day …and why does all the contact phone numbers of bajaoo say wrong number ?? check on that too !

It have been 10days the refund payment was not done. Still now I didnt get my money.and after all my account is bolded. I don’t no why u holded my account..And I’m requesting you to refund my money and in gold my account.
Just repay my cash as soon as possible.. make it today
Now I’m afraid to buy any products from Amazon .due to this problem.

Visited canare bank in tirupati renugunta road branch recently for email id updation as well as cash deposits, such a worst service form the cashier, she is directly denying to accept the cash which was printed before 2005, same was intimated to manager same response from him, But as per RBI guidelines customers can deposit the cash which printed before 2005. and till now no email was updated, unable to login to internet banking.

I paid my tata power electric bill using paytm and my kotak bank debit card.

I got a failure (not sucessful) message.
The amount of rs 3097 has been deducted from my bank account.

Scam or fraud: Philips India — Television Replacement Offered with Lower Version in Warranty Period

Complaint Details:
My LED TV with model no 40PFL4958 suffered a display issue on 23rd Oct 2016 and we file a request with customer care for support on 24th October 2016. Complaint No for the same is PSUR2410160080, we further reminded for the resolution of the issue on 26th October 2016. It was informed by the service centre that display of the product is not working and panel has to be replaced. They said it will take 15 days time for them to get the part. They informed since the part is not available they will replace the product and it will take another 7-10 days to replace the product. We again filed the complaint on 17th November with complaint no. PSUR2410160080 and a reminder complaint again on 23rd November 2016 PSUR2311160029.

They came a with a solution last week for replacing the product with another model as the model code which I have is not available and is not in production anymmore. They offered to replace the product with another one of the lower version with less features.

This is against the law of land and cant be accepted at any cost. We spoke to BSM of Surat Mr. Jatin and Mr. Dhiraj, BSM of Ahmedabad where they bluntly said go ahead and file the case in Consumer Court and told if you want to accept the replace product as offered than accept, we will not give any other thing.
