I had purchased a Moto G4 Plus on 9-July-2016 and this is the second time I have given it for repair on 5-Nov-2016.
It has been 4 weeks now and still the issue has not been resolved and Motorola service center is stating the part has not arrived & to bear with them.
Every week they are saying it will be resolved the next week.

Complaint Details:
Highly disappointed and regretting now for having Elica chimney. Within 2 weeks of using the glace trim ltw 60 tc3v power plus led model chimney, the suction motor went down . I contacted the Elica CC and within 2 days the technician arrives .Unfortunately that day we have some power outage in my area and the technician told me that he will come again in the next day. After that he never shown up and i got a SMS stating my issue got resolved . Again i complained through the dealer and this time the same technician came and told me that the chimney motor went bad and it will be replaced by Elica within next 4 days . Before the 4 day deadline ends i got a SMS that my issue got addressed and the respective ticket got closed. This time im really got fadeup with the type of response and service provided by Elica in Bangalore /Whitefield area.

I desperately waiting somebody to help me on this . My warranty registration number is YSF16108073.

I Have Bought a Renault Kwid with Chassis No MEEBBA06G8395533 and with Engine No E096978 colour Bronze From Renault Kanpur ie HGP Cars ( P ) Ltd on dated 28 Oct 2016..My Car is Having a serious issue as i am not able to run it on 3rd and 4th gear as Car is not accepting these gears..and now the 2nd gear is also getting stuck while driving…Being a new and my first Car i was so excited to Drive it..but with these problems how can i do so…So please take this matter as a serious one and please look into it and try to resolve it ASAP

I am writing this complain on behalf of someone who is not educated much.

A lady had ordered products on 16th Nov’16.The delivery (done by Aramex)went back with a reason that the address was incorrect/insufficient.There was no intimation that the goods have gone back to the shipper.

After placing another order, there is just an invoice copy received on my mail(Since I provided my email address). There is nothing updated on the Oriflame orders page regarding if the order is created. I called up the customer care.I couldn’t stand being waiting to talk to the customer care for more than 5 minutes.There was just a song being played the whole time with out anyone bothering to attend to a call

I ordered rose bouquet on October 24th 2016 and the order no # 100018205. It was the occasion of my Wife’s B’day, I kept on calling customer executive every next hour and he promised me that item is out for delivery and you will get within the given time i.e. 9.00pm but from that no delivery. I wonder, by seeing your tag line ” delivering the emotion”, I think it should be playing with emotions. Be honest, if you don’t please don’t promise others. I don’t know if you could understand my condition that day.

My order has not yet reached to person. Please return back our money immediately.

Hi,

I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic customer services which is being provided by your DST’s in Hyderabad.I have portable by number from Airtel to Reliance for my number 9000680855 thinking about the customer services which is being provided but I was wrong, first I was confirmed that I will be receiving my SIM but I dnt receive after 4 days I personally went to Store paid my amount and collected the SIM.

Then my SIM got activated, but again it got disconnected due to some miscommunication then again I provided documents but it has been 20 days but still issue has not been resolved.

I have been following up about this issue to three people named Kajal, Santosh and their supervisor Rahim but they also dnt provide any resolutions instead they have blocked our numbers to avoid our calls and now they are not answering calls.This is the kind of customer service I have never expected from one of the top service provider.Below are the number from DST with whom I have been following up.

Hyy Sir / Mam. On 7 October 2016 I applied for Saving a/c I got Rupay Debit Card & pin no. I really disappointed from IDBI Bank because Bhivandi Anjurphata branch 1month gone but my debit card not activated yet. To activate card first transactions should from Home branch IDBI Bank Anjurphata branch is not opened a ATM yet . I’m suffering from withdrawal problem because of deactivate debit card I’m unable to withdraw a Rs.1 also. My humble request to you that just only activate my Rupay debit card any how.
