Complaint Details:

Since two days, songs are being played continuously the whole day with loud speakers and very high volume from a house in Gowlidoddi, near Q-City, Hyderabad which is causing restlessness for everyone including infants and old people in the whole area.

We are unable to sleep and even hear the other person speaking in the house due to these loud speakers. When people in the area told them to reduce at least the volume, they are speaking very arrogently saying they will not stop or reduce the volume and do what ever you want.

Request you to please take some immediate action to avoid this noise pollution.

I have 130 inr balance in my idea acc. And today when I try to make call it say my outgoing validity is over I need to recharge again for 28 days validity. Y I need to recharge again if I have balance. The worst network this is. Always force to recharge without any sence. It doesn’t matter if you have balance or not . They force you to make call and spend money it my no I will decide I want make call or not who the hell are you order me to call ?
Y i recharge again for the validity when j have balance in my account.

Sir with due regards I’m SURAJIT BARIK Jr Engr working under military engineer services, looking after MT (mechanical transport) section at Jorhat military station, few days before for repairing of Tata Mobile xenon screw cab of our office, I got a estimate from your authorized dealer (m/s auto axis Ltd, jorhat) and based on that a govt order (job order for repairing of the said vehicle) was placed directly in the name of auto axis in the condition that after repairing of the vehicle the vender has to submit completion report and payment will be maid directly to the given acount no accordingly. But m/s auto axis Ltd enable to complete the job within stipulated time period i.e. 24 Oct 2018 and on 21 nov 2018, the repairing work was completed but the vehicle not delivered for the reason of cash payment, and a fresh estimate was given for further procurement which was not understood. We are working under defense services and not get sufficient time for to and fro visit repeatedly to your authorized dealer and facing difficulty for repairing of defense vehicle may please be treated seriously and positive response awaited from your side please

I have been using this Tata nano since 2014. Somewhere in between[protected] also this car started creating problem of sudden failure of brakes while driving but somehow this problem got resolved when we installed a new master cylinder from company itself.
But now to my surprise this car has again started giving the same problem and braking failure can be a very big issue and should not be compromised. We went to the company for a solution they said that the nano car itself has some problem and has no solution. I never expected this kind of response and is disappointed . i would suggest never to buy this car ever as your security is at stake in this vehicle.

Writing with frustration, I booked for refill on 12th Nov, 2018 and got a booking confirmation message stated like will be deliver within 7-9 days. But when I check to the office on 10th day, the checked and said it will be deliver within 2 days but it not delivered. I tried to contact with office landline, there is no response even they didn’t pick the call. My cylinder got empty and again tried to reach out to the office and asked the status they said the bill was sent out..

They given a contact number, I called the delivery man, they said will be deliver today.. Afternoon I called him again he said there is not even a single cylinder to deliver and agency giving wrong number.. I shouted with him like morning only I called u and I told me that today we will deliver like that but u r saying now thats not me..

That guy told we will deliver tomorrow morning earliest and told like call me at 7 and remember like that.. It was very worst behaviour.. They are absolutely irresponsible persons.. I won’t recommend anyone to take connection in this agency..

2 days I’m buying food from hotel, they are never worry about that..

Hi, this is Sai and I have been a part of Advance hair studio, Chennai.I am currently a cosmetic client and I have been a part of their services since 2013. Earlier this year, I have ordered for four skins(hair lace energy )from the company and they had told me that the skins will arrive in 4 months.I ordered and purchased my skins in the month of March which means the skins should have arrived by July.
It has almost been 8 months now and I have still not received my cosmetic skins.The reasons that they stated were
1.The hair manufacturing company lab got burnt and
2.There has been some skin checking going on in spite of me requesting them I had no back up skins
On repeatedly requesting them, they were procrastinating to an extent that I decided to initiate a refund from my end.Now, the point to be understood very clearly is that they don’t refund your skins and they convince to retain you even when you become a victim of the services that they offer. The company Head office personnel never contacted me until now and they reinstate only one thing saying “We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay “and they expect the client to understand and compromise.
Also, I paid the entire amount for the cosmetic, they told me that the skins cannot be refunded and have convinced me to still use their services.So, kindly pay scrupulous detail to their terms and conditions before leveraging onto their platform for cosmetic and hair transplant.I have been struggling with only one spare skin in hand now that I am currently using and I have no back up skins. I have initiated a refund from my end but they strongly disagreed for a refund .
Just imagine as a client, you pay the entire amount of Rs.4 lakhs for a cosmetic skin and a company is literally retaining your hard owned money by just giving false, lame and incredulous excuses by manipulating you and delaying things up by consuming your time and energy.
I have also received a generic skin (somebody else’s skin or other company’s skin )and they convinced me stating that it is my own customised skin, until I found out with a little bit of knowledge that I had that the skin did not match my scalp measurements and ended up returning the skins to them while I was undergoing my fitting.
In the next review I will also provide further details of my laser treatment that I underwent in 2013 and how I have been a victim of the treatment.I have a bill receipt as a proof to provide the clients with more information about their products and services.On a good note, I can only tell the clients who are investing their financial resources only one thing that “Never judge a book by its cover “and that think twice before you invest your valuable money.You can reach me at suj8592@gmail.com for any future query.

I would like to inform you that now a days iam not getting suppliments for the last one week including sunday. When i complaint regarding this to our daily news paper dropper, he was shouting like a lion to me (to a customer)”I am not responsible, they (MM) are not inserting the suppliment along with daily. Do not complain to me, u complain to MM Kamnur office am not responsible”. Would like to know whether should I complaint to dropper first, or to MM office? He talked to me (customer) very arrogantly just like am a culprit. You are advise to collect monthily bill less last weeks supplement including today from dropper or else to change our dropper. Actually this dropper has come into picture when I started hindu daily.

My only requirement is to drop daily between 04.30hrs n 05.30hrs including all supplements.
I got the recording of our (me n Sajeevan)conversations had yesterday with me, if you need it I will either send it separately or submit to the higher authorities in kannur/kozhikode.

I have been using apple products for the past 5+ years. I recently had issues with my iphone 7 and with my apple watch series 3. The screen of my iphone and watch cracked in quick succession due to my fault. I took my watch and phone to the authorized apple service center, to my surprise it was told that the apple does not repair the watch and they will replace it for me. Cost of repair was quoted at 20, 000 INR. While a new watch costs 28, 000. For my iphone the cost of repair was quoted at 32, 000 (16K for the screen and +16K for the body). While a new iphone 7 costs 38, 000 on Amazon. I am ok to pay a reasonable repair cost but cost quoted by Apple was simply exorbitant. This is pure exploitation, and will drive away customers.

I feel this is completely not acceptable. Apple should repair products at reasonable price and should not exploit their loyal customers. I feel this is unfair trade practice. This is start of the end game for Apple. I hope someone is listening. I will hence forth think 100times before buying an apple product. I think i am better off with one plus or Samsung…

Scam or fraud: Hdfc Bank — regarding credit card bill statement for month of nov

Complaint Details:

Oct month statement was generated for 31200 in which i did payment for 28k on 3/11 and remaining 3200 i did payment on 13/11. So i did complete payment till my next bill was generated which is for month Nov.

Their is 553 finance charges applied. I think interest (finance charges) should be applied for remaining 3200 of duration (from last day of payment till day of payment) which i paid after last date of payment. But as discussed with executive this is being applied on whole 31200 i think which is not the case with other bank credit card like kotak, i am holding credit card for other bank as well.

Please take action on this and get waived off interest on 28k. Awaiting your response.
