I had cancelled the ticket on 5th nov, raised many concerns on the redbus website but i keep getting response that –
We have initiated the refund on 7th Nov 2016. Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 Bank working days

& it is 29th Nov now, and i dont think i will have my refund ever looking at the redbus response.

Scam or fraud: Moto Care Service Centre Graphline Care, Patna — Delay in repairing of my mobile Moto G4+

I bought a Moto g4+ mobile phone on 1st July 2016 for Rs. 14, 999/- (copy attached) from amazon.in after two and half month I have encountered that my phone is getting switched off frequently while using it. On 14.10.16 I went to Moto Care service centre Graphline Care, Shop No 206 2nd floor Kaushlaya Estate Bandar Bagicha Dakbanglow Road Patna-800001 Bihar with Job sheet no. AMSPAT006403 (copy attached), they said me that motherboard of my phone will be replaced within 20 days. On 21st Oct 2016 I received a call from moto escalation team informing that I will get my phone by 3rd Nov, 2016. On 3rd Nov, 2016 they called me again said that your phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 14th Nov, 2016 . On 14th Nov, 2016 they again called and said that my phone is still pending for parts and will be delivered by 19th Nov, 2016. On 19th Nov, 2016 they again called me said that my phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 28th Nov, 2016 to which I asked the escalation team agent (Arvind Kumar) why are they treating me like a fool they should stand by their words and deliver my phone on given date to which they replied that they are not answerable to me and I can any action against them and given another date i.e. 28th Nov, 2016. Again they called me on 28th Nov. 2016 and given another date i.e. 7th Dec, 2016.
Sir, I have written everyone against this kind of harassment by Moto through mail and twitter and facebook to Higher Officials of Moto Service Group but all my effort are of no use.
Sir, I request you to please take proper action against this type of harassment by Moto India to their customers and I want my phone repaired as soon as possible or a new phone from Moto.

Waiting for more than 3 hours in the lab and they don’t know why they give preference to the people who come later …every time I ask them about our number for test they said “wait sir ..we send someone ” so much of disappointment after this …the test rate is 1200 outside or in other clinic but ganga ram charge 1350 and with such a pathetic service or we say it is piece of rubbish.

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is in regards to the electricity bill at my Showroom in Pimpri(pune)
I have been occupying the space for the last 6 years and the average bill was not more than Rs 5-6 thousand (max being 11000/-)
Since December 2015 there has been a major issue with bills.
I received a bill of Rs @ 65000/- in the month of december 15.After following it up with your department for more than 3 months they finally came to a conclusion that the meter was faulty and reduced the bill to @10000/-.
There was no problem for about a month but again I received a bill of @ 40000/-, 30000/, 16000/- in the subsequent months.After continueouly following it up with the concerned officers they forced me to pay all the bills assuring me that I would get a credit in the next bill.I have yet to get any credit up till now.For the month of September 16 I received a bill for Rs 6527.00 for 570 units and again in the subsequent month of October I received a bill of Rs 16090/- for 574 units.They also forced me to make a payment of Rs 11000/- for a capacitor which they are yet to install even after more than 3 months since I have made the payment.
You are requested to look into the matter as it has cost a lot of mental agony to me at the age of 69 years
Please direct the concerned department to refund all the extra charges as I have made a payment of @ 120000/- in 4 months as against @ 60000/- which is my average bill for the entire year in the previous 5 years.

My self Ajit Kumar Srivastava would like to say that, you have -228 smart points as on dated 06-03-2016. on 6th march i have not ordered any mobile phone from flipkart. i was just searching mobile phone but i did not purchase. But now you have minus -228 smart points in my “mail2_ajit” ID in your website. Next day I have purchased mobile phone and same 228 smart points credited into my smart points table. But now you have done that -228 SP (06-03-2016) and +228 SP (07-03-2016) = Total Value is Zero. My question is that, why have you done minus 228 as on dated 06-03-2016…? I am requesting to you please remove -228 SP (06-03-2016) than +228 SP (07-03-2016) will be used by the undersigned. Now I have enclosed the invoice of Mobile phone that will be show you that, i have purchased mobile phone as on dated 07-03-2016 from Flipkart website.Attachment is ready for your kind reference.

Scam or fraud: Maruti Suzuki India — Unnecessary Charges during Service

I wish to bring to the attention of the Regional Head/Senior the very dissatisfying and annoying service provided by the Maruti Suzuki Service Team in North Goa. These are my grievances:

1) There are supposedly 4 free services on my Celerio car, however, each service is far from FREE!! There’s a minimum charge of Rs.1, 500 claimed each time, with replacements I don’t even know or ask for! Are these really being changed? Or is the service agent hiking the bill and using the new parts for his personal use? How do I know? Unless the old parts are shown to the client on collection of vehicle. Someone needs to audit what is going on!
2) I get persistent and unnecessary calls regarding reminders for service every 300 kms of my mileage to remind me of service appontments which is annoying. I know when my service is due and an sms to my mobile to remind me would suffice. When I see the ‘trucaller notification’ of Maruti Suzuki Service on my mobile, I don’t pick up anymore. I don’t know if there’s a commission involved for the booking and these calls from the call centre agents should stop.
3) When I sold my previous Ritz car, the agent wanted to know who I have sold it to and if she could have the contact nos to remind him for service appointments, which is such bad manners. Please request to stop.

Please someone look into this. If not, I seriously do not wish to purchase anymore Maruti models due to the harassment and huge bills that I incur with the Maruti Service Team in North Goa. Can someone call or respond to this complaint please!

Scam or fraud: Vodafone India — My active postpaid number is given to some other person without any updates in Vodafone systems

Hi,

I am vodafone customer using there services for more than 10 yrs now. I have one number of Mah & Goa circle. But I am currently in Mumbai. On 27.11.2016, i received sms that i have raised a sim replacement request and since then i dont have n/w in my phone. When my family tried to call me in afternoon, the call was sent to some lady in Pune. She informed us that the number was given to her on same day.

Around 5 pm i started calling vodafone cust care and spoke to 3(xyz, Prasad, Vishal and his superior named Ganesh) different executives explaining them about issue.

After spending around 3hrs explaining the issue to these guys, I was finally able to convince them to block the other sim. Since my sensitive information is being to shared to other person. The other sim was blocked with the reason “Sim Frawd Replacement” with request number 253558242. Since I am in mumbai right now I was told by Ganesh to reach out to vodafone store in mumbai to get a sim replacement.

On 28.11.2016 by 10:30am i got my sim replaced and was told that my sim will be active in max 24hrs.

Today on 29.11.2016, my sim is still inactive. And i am stuck, cant even pay me CC bill.

I called up appelate office and ladies over there were not ready to listen the issue, they just check there system and revert that number is on my name and is active. Appelate request reference number – 165273421.

Kindly help get this resolved. I need this number. atleast till the time i change number to other services availed by me.

Vodafone CCE really doesnt understand the issue and they are least happy to help. I am still not sure if they understand my issue. There systems dont reflect any conversation i have done with previous executives.

Hi Team,

I have one big issue with KSOU. I have enrolled for M.Tech (CSE) in 2014, i paid my 3rd semester fee and till not my exam have not happened. i haven got my first semester marks card too. When ever i keep calling they say we are working on it. When i ask for refund he says no procedure for refund even they do not give proper information about this problem. I have pay Rs.54000 fees for 3 semester.

Please let me know what i need to do

In axis bank branch panchwati adarsh nagar new delhi 110033 there are always police office doing setting with manager under the pretext of marriage of their children. There are atleast twenty police officers all the time in this particular branch. They are distributing tockens early morning and if one does not have tocken then they wont give u payment at all. I am working so i cant stand in line early morning for two three hours to get tocken. This tocken system is only in this particular bank only and not in other banks. Even after getting tocken they are only giving rs10000 or less in one day against rs 24000. Only policemen are getting huge money and that too without tocken. I m damn sure that something wrong is going on in this bank begind the curtains otherwise there is no possibility of gathering 15 to 20 policemen getting money all the time. Bank manager and staff is really non cooperative. I request u to please send an enquiry to this bank.
