Complaint Details:
I booked my flight today itself in between 6-7 p.m. on 21.12.2016. I am a law student and I am very disappointed from air India service because I prefer my flight time 9:45 on 22.01.2017 (ticket num. 0982119378349. flight AI803) and they automatically selected 6:10 which create a huge mess with me and both flights have same fare .

So, please change my flight time which I chose/prefer first otherwise pay back my money by tomorrow. I thought air India’s service is good so I choose air India but their service is too bad and if I will be not getting my flight time which is 9:45 then I’ll share my experience with others and make sure people get to know this incidence.

I am requesting you to change my preferable time as I chose.

Scam or fraud: Hero Motocorp — Not doing essential repairs at authorised service centre at calicut

My mobike hero pleasure (KL11AK5045) was given for servicing (19DEC16) at koyenko mobikes calicut authorised dealer & service centre at kozhikode. I specially told them to rectify two complaints which they didn’t clear last time which unrectified may lead to fatal accidents.the first one was to check the front shock absorbers as the front tyre was wearing out in one side(photo attached) and I told them after that only to change to new tyres. using the same may cause tyre blast. the second complaint was to change right side rear view mirror(photo attached) as it was not stable and RHS mirror is mandatory and absence may cause accidents. Both the complaints were given during the previous service also and they returned the vehicle saying mirror is not available and didn’t mention about shock absorbers. as they didn’t charge anything for shockers checking i guessed they didn’t check. so this time i specially mentioned it and given it for servicing after booking aweek before on 19 dec 16 morning 0900hrs. while booking they told methat they’ll return the vehicle after repairs on the same day. while giving again i confirmed the delivery time and date. the advisor told he will try to give and he will contact me. from eve 1600hrs i started calling the given phone numbers as they didn’t contact me, nobody attended till 1710hrs. one lady told work is not yet finished and will return tommorow (20dec16) after completion. on 20dec around 1630hrs they called to collect the vehicle by 1730hrs and the bill is Rs 3203. when i went they told to pay the bill i insisted to see the vehicle. then the supervisor took me to the vehicle i found both my complaints unattended.initially he told mirror is unavailable and shocker job done. i again asked for confirmation he checked with worker he told that is also not done. this thing shows they never check the quality of vehicle after servicing. they just want to make money just by greasing and eyewashing works with 200% labour charge (photo of invoice attached). even the complaints addressed by the customers are not done. i feel they never check the vehicle to be fit for road or not. i felt very bad and when asked why they didn’t contact me. he told some cock and bull story the advisor was on leave he forgot to call and so on. with this type of attitude the customers will suffer. they are playing with life of the hero motocorpcustomers. stringent action may be taken against the defaulters. their lack of professionalism must punished. i may be compensated for my hard earned money and the valuable time and the mental agony i experienced at the show room . i infront of others found it very annoying, discomfortable and felt i was begging them to give my vehicle a proper servicing. kindly do the needful.

My name pappu shaw, i purchase a mobile from snap deal of ASUS Brand which exact delivery they commited on 21.12.16 but they fail to do so. I purchase the mobile as a gift for my friend birthday but snapdeal spoil my program by not delivering in exact date. So i raise a complain agt snapdeal & I request to the valuable customer not to place any order in Snap deal because they fail to commit what they mention on the site

Respected Sir/Madam,

Myself Rupesh Thakur holding SBI credit card received telephone call on 20th December 2016 on my mobile no. 9007005284 on behalf of SBI offering SBI discount card along with some gifts.
The fraud person on phone introduced herself as Nilam Gupta from SBI. His number is 911165870196.

He also explained me the offer and asked me to provide required details to process the request.
After some time other person from SBI has called on my phone and explain the same offer and asked me to provide OTP No. which I have received on phone.
I have asked him why does he need that so he told me it is required to process the request to offer the discount card and mentioned gifts.
Hence I have provided the same to him and I got the SMS from SBI mentioning the transaction of 7968/- Rs on my account.

kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly.

I joined your group on 05.12.2016. I used internet to debit my SB A/c Rs.500/- with Indian Overseas Bank, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. Debit SMS already mailed to you on 5th December.

Simultaneously the captioned order was generated from your side.

My bank confirmed that Rs.500/- was debited and paid to Paytm.

My wallet never credited with said amount. From the date of entry 12 mails/reminders were sent to you but I have not received any satisfactory reply from your side.

Please add Rs.500/- to my wallet immediately.

BIL/001107889959/MM Annual Fee DEC16-NOV on 20/12/2016 345 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly I can’t subscribe it by Myself. What an insane they Icici dont have toll-free number. I called Phone bank support through phone mobile number, call rejected always and asking to callback after sometime.Hold my call for 18 minutes and call rejected as heavy load calls. I really got lost Trust with Icici bank. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and pay back my money 345 rupees in my account in priority basis. I have swip my card my first payment was failed due to some technical problems, but amount was debited from my account then I have done second swip it is got successful and only one amount received to shopkeeper that is 2200 rupes of second transaction and first swip amount that is 2200 failed . my total amount get deducted 2200 +2200 rupes from my account. This all transaction summary done on 08december2016. Also I have attached both the receipts of fail and successful transactions. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
I am a senior consultant with corporate hospital & my wife is ENT surgeon in State Govt. I have connection with your company since my arrival to India in 1994. But attitude of agency & contractor who is supplying cylinder is very poor. They never bring weighing scale. Always charge more than the amount on receipt.
This time delivery man came whose name is Kanwar Pal. Inspite of repeated request, he didn’t respond. He called his contractor Sukhvinder. Inspite of telling repeatedly he started fighting & told if you require I will bring the weighing scale.
He was also telling that if you pay extra we will deliver otherwise you have to suffer. The refill was booked on Nov. 30th 2016 and delivered on Dec. 18th 2016.
Kindly look into the matter.
