My mobike hero pleasure (KL11AK5045) was given for servicing (19DEC16) at koyenko mobikes calicut authorised dealer & service centre at kozhikode. I specially told them to rectify two complaints which they didn’t clear last time which unrectified may lead to fatal accidents.the first one was to check the front shock absorbers as the front tyre was wearing out in one side(photo attached) and I told them after that only to change to new tyres. using the same may cause tyre blast. the second complaint was to change right side rear view mirror(photo attached) as it was not stable and RHS mirror is mandatory and absence may cause accidents. Both the complaints were given during the previous service also and they returned the vehicle saying mirror is not available and didn’t mention about shock absorbers. as they didn’t charge anything for shockers checking i guessed they didn’t check. so this time i specially mentioned it and given it for servicing after booking aweek before on 19 dec 16 morning 0900hrs. while booking they told methat they’ll return the vehicle after repairs on the same day. while giving again i confirmed the delivery time and date. the advisor told he will try to give and he will contact me. from eve 1600hrs i started calling the given phone numbers as they didn’t contact me, nobody attended till 1710hrs. one lady told work is not yet finished and will return tommorow (20dec16) after completion. on 20dec around 1630hrs they called to collect the vehicle by 1730hrs and the bill is Rs 3203. when i went they told to pay the bill i insisted to see the vehicle. then the supervisor took me to the vehicle i found both my complaints unattended.initially he told mirror is unavailable and shocker job done. i again asked for confirmation he checked with worker he told that is also not done. this thing shows they never check the quality of vehicle after servicing. they just want to make money just by greasing and eyewashing works with 200% labour charge (photo of invoice attached). even the complaints addressed by the customers are not done. i feel they never check the vehicle to be fit for road or not. i felt very bad and when asked why they didn’t contact me. he told some cock and bull story the advisor was on leave he forgot to call and so on. with this type of attitude the customers will suffer. they are playing with life of the hero motocorpcustomers. stringent action may be taken against the defaulters. their lack of professionalism must punished. i may be compensated for my hard earned money and the valuable time and the mental agony i experienced at the show room . i infront of others found it very annoying, discomfortable and felt i was begging them to give my vehicle a proper servicing. kindly do the needful.
