Im from goa and studying in bangalore so i quite frequently keep moving and i have noticed whenevr i travel by paulos i find the staff very arrogant and not at all helpful which i never feel with other travel buses and hence i aviod travelling by paulos. Please do appoint staff who provide good customer service if ull want people to travel by paulos.

Ms karuna from axis bank airoli branch harrassing me by calling frequently, very rudly and without verifying proper details. When asked for her id no., she refused to provide and said ; kya kam hai? complain karna hai? airoli branch mein aa jao” her sound was like a gangstar who is challenging someone to come in his boundaries/areas. Very much disappointed. Other staff are also communicating with me but with due respect, and i literally salute them. Please let me know what actions bank is going to take against her.

Complaint Details:
I am currently still waiting for 2 parcels being delivered by blue dart. The first was shipped on 8/12/16 and has since been lost after failing to be delivered. The company have given up with blue dart and will use a different company to deliver at their own personal cost.
The second parcel was returned to sender after initially being shipped on 8/12/16 also. It is now in Lucknow but the driver is not answering his phone and the office will tell me nothing more than it is out for delivery.
Every other company that has delivered to us in the last 3 weeks (and there are many) has had no problems with delivery. Our children are waiting for their winter school uniforms and I am waiting for a present.
We are very very upset about this company’s service.

Its a 20 pages scanned images, our duty is these articles properly read and put in to the new text file, but these images are not clear, regarding that we just consult with them but they are saying if you can read do your work other wise leave it but refund is not possible
So we are taken the job and put our maximum effort to complete the job finally we have finished and sent to technotype after one week we call them they told me that the accuracy is very poor around 75% only so they cant paid
We asked at least pay the 75% amount they don’t agree it
So we feel that they are cheating because of they are not give the payment of 75% work and these type of companies are looting moneys in lot of poor persons in the name of accuracy

I am Himen Chopda, worked in S.N.Hirpara Pollution Consultant & Engineers Pvt Ltd. for 9 month.
Please be aware before joining S. N. Hirpara Pollution Consultancy & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. In interview sir will say you that if you work properly he will get high salary and full facility. But after joining he is not goving salary of your first 15 days. He is not providing facility like drinking water. He is asking employee’s degree certificate and results which is for security purpose (as we have to work atleast 6 month) for 6 month but he will not returned it on time.
I have resigned from this organisation in May and leave organisation in end of June due to misbehaviour of sir with me.
After leaving the organisation sir is still not giving my salary and he is not responding my text or call.
Also sir is not giving the salary of your starting 15-20 days either candidate is experienced or inexperienced. Sir is not providing drinking water to their empolyee. So, i dam agree with above complaint of Lilan
