Scam or fraud: Honda 2 Wheelers India — Engine gets opened 4 times in one year only in warranty period but still no problem not solved

Complaint Details:
It’s an new bike; in 1month the noise is coming from the engine; then i send the mail to the honda customer care; but they are not ready to accept e there is an manufacturer defects in the engine. When i purchased the brand new bike; from first start i feel that something noise is coming from engine; then i show it to honda dealer and he opens the engine. So u can think that how honda is manufactured the engine that it get opened in one month running only.
Just like i hv purchased this bike and in one moth the noise is coming from engine. After visited to service centre they says that having problem in it’s rocker arm and cam shaft; and they chage that part. And till there is an noise is comming from engine.in second visit they change the piston crank set (Full upper crank with piston); then also engine is so noisy; even i run only few 500 km.
And in third time they changed balanceing rod; then also bike is having problem; so i requesting you to help me in this matter;

As per honda should have to replace a new engine in this or give me a new replacement of bike;
Also i hv mail to them that higher a team to this matter and see why this problem occurs in the engine; but didn’t got any reply.

Very poor quality. And honda is an making foolish to people.
Please help me sir

Scam or fraud: Samsung India — Samsung Refrigerator collapsed but service centre doesn’t help

Complaint Details:
On 23rd of October, the fridge stopped working. I called a Samsung service centre. They advised me to defrost the fridge and clean it a couple of hours later. So, I did and restarted it. But it didn’t cool. On the 25th, Samsung service men came to check the fridge and said that the gas was over. Following which on the 26th, they replaced my gas for Rs 2678/-. It worked but the cooling wasn’t impactful. On the 30th October, it stopped functioning again and I placed a complaint again. Between them and now, people from the service centre have come at least 5 times and nothing has worked. Two of the people we have been consulting this is (Asain – 044 30639100 and Mohana – 044-30639100-1633)

Engineers visited us three different days
1. They came and checked it, concluding that he will send the necessary person for the job.
2. They bought gas and charged the fridge, but said that the gas would not be useful since the gas from the fridge was leaking and would visit again.
3. The service person (P.Krishnamurthy) on 9th November brought another cylinder of gas and tried to fix the fridge again, but also concluded nothing could be done on the challan and that we could inform the higher authorities about this in fixable problem.

On 16th November, I mailed Mona(mohanav@partnersamsung.com) with the bill and fridge details. Following this, I spoke to the team leader (Bhisanh Kumar), who said he would look into the matter but there was nothing that could be done from his side. The following day, on our follow ups, we were given to understand that we would be given 30% of the MRP of the fridge within 21 days at the latest. Till date, we keep following up from our end with the service centre since we can’t buy a new one or replace or get rid of this old fridge. Multiple occasions have passed where food has been spoiled, we lived through the cyclone with no food stored, we now have festivals coming and we will not be able to store anything.

We keep getting all sorts of false hope. Now that we remind them, they’re indifferent and no longer speak with any understanding or concern which is horrible cause the fridge (RSA2NQP1/XTC) we picked up is one of Samsung’s finest or at least was at that time.

Scam or fraud: Mirraw Online Services — Not yet received my refund

Im Keerthana. Ordered for two sarees online worth ? 3k in Mirraw webpage using my credit card. Few days later i received a damaged product with very poor quality from Mirraw. Hence I requested for return. And I also cancelled the second saree and informed Mirraw about the issue. They confirmed that they will not send the second saree and to courier back the damaged saree to proceed for refund. Very next day, i received the second saree too. Mirraw has no pick up I spend ?300 to courier back. It has been one and a half month I’m chasing for the refund but yet I have no good news. More over they respond the mail stating that the money will be refunded in 48 hours. Twice I have receiver that response but not the money.

How can bus members leave passenger at hotel during dinner and without checking whether passenger occupied allotted seat or not after having dinner just ridiculous.

Konduskar(SR Travels) travelling from Bagalkot to Bangalore today(21/12/16) 8:30pm departure they stopped bus near ilakal city some hotel at around 9:55pm saying 20 min for dinner and hotel supplier took some time to supply food we got late and bus started moving at 10:15pm exactly after 20 min without bothering whether all passager came back or not they just started on their way leaving me at hotel. Realy am telling one of worst exp ever I had. Some how I managed to catch bus after seeking help from seabird Travels.

It took 30 min to finish high drama.
I hope red bus will remove them from list this has happened with one of friend also.

We are residing in (ward 3) 3rd Street, Sway nagar, Kovilpathagai for last 17 years. Recent times few of the residents were leaving their sewage on the street road which causing serious health Hazard. We are facing issues like mosquitoes, pigs, bad smell and slippery road etc. We afraid of getting dengue and malaria like diseases. We request the municipal commissioner to take immediate tough action. As prevention are better than cure.

Scam or fraud: Jet Airways — Additional charges on my point redemption tickets

On Dec 13, 2016, I booked 2 domestic tickets by redeeming jet miles (PNR TSUIGY). I noticed the total of the invoice off by $13.92 and called Jet Privilege. I was told that is conversion charges by bank and when I challenged, how can be conversion charges for $54 be $13.92, I was told after consultation a super will get back.
After 3 telephone calls and assurances that a supervisor will get back to me…no one did. In the period since my booking I have spoken with Taufiq, Jaideep & lastly just now with Pinaz(ref 10018546 on Dec 21 @ 9.45 am EST)
Then I noticed on my e-ticket attachment, later addition of nomenclature as Service Fee – Insurance (YR)$13.92 and I did not opt for insurance nor have I got any Insurance Policy to date. I have luckily saved both copies of my ticket…one that totals to $53.36 but shows the total as $67.28 and the modified one after my complain.
My above booking by redeeming air miles, an additional amount of $13.92 has been invoiced ILLEGALLY charged on my credit card
I want immediate refund of this money along with a justified compensation for the harassment and frustration I have faced and loss of time.
