Scam or fraud: Mobikwik — I’m complaining about money not able to transfer from wallet to my bank account

Complaint Details:
Sir, as i had got an offer while doing shopping at a mall, i had added of rupees 6000 to mobikwik wallet, but at the cash counter no otp received, so i had lost cash back upto 1600 rupees. Moreover now i am unable to transfer money back to my bank account. Not even able to recharge my mobile using the wallet money. I had contated customer support, but they always telling all their executives are busy. It’s been 5days, but tired of calling or getting any response from the fraud people. My ticket i’d is#5678964. Plz do a early response or else iwill lodge a police complaint against the company.

Complaint Details:
My subscriber ID is 1060154620, I had a trouble in my connection which is not working since 12th of December, i lodged a complaint on 15th December & the customer services associates assured that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. Called again after 72 hours and was told again that someone from the technical team would call however no one has called nor has anyone come to rectify the problem. Extremely dissatisfied with the services, Poor customer care service with unable to resolve any queries. Service associates like Praveen and Saurabh who are senior executives keep promising that it will be resolved soon.
Even after asking for a refund have received no revert till date.Please confirm the refund policy for this poor service .

I had purchased Overseas Travel Insurance from TrawellTag wide Policy No. 0216002616991528983. I have submitted my claim on 25.11.2016 with all original documents. I would like to bring it in your kind notice that neither company has settled the claim nor giving any satisfactory reply. After contacting their Chandigarh office, I got the reply that it will take another 2 months.

You are requested to look into the matter.

A group of 6 -7 monkeys has been invading one or other building. They have put us under embarrassment three four times in the last two weeks. Today on 22-12-2016 they have crossed all limits. Broken plastic pipe lines, flower pots(gamlai), detached antenna wires, captured stairs stopping movement and confined us in four walls of houses. We are in panic and feeling totally unsecured. Danger of damaging gas pipe lines over roof is also there.
Kindly take prompt action to remove these monkeys from residential areas of C- Block, Shalimar Garden -Ext.-2. Sahibabad, Gaziabad.

Hello. I stay in sodepur, dist-24north parganas, west bengal. It had become a daily that travellers who avail the train service will wait in a really very long queue and only one ticket counter will be opened. May I know the reason please when the govt has renovated all the stations and tickets counters are available bt it is not opening. Then what is the use of this renovation. Please do the needfull as early as possible.

Sir, during upgrading invitation from CDMA to 4G services, they sent me one email that NO CHANGE IN YOUR CURRENT DATA PLAN & RENTAL BENEFITS.
I got 4G sim and wipod instrument in the month of AUGUST, and started using from 10th of august, in this month bill amount showing around rs.1943, immediately I raised a dispute with customer care by calling them and sent email to customer care about this. STILL TODAY I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE DEPT OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.
Moreover the customer care executive told me that tariff has been changed for 4G services, I asked them without any intimation – by any means how can I know the tariff has changed – FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
Finally after 1 or 2 months got a call from either Pondicherry or from Chennai asking me about payment of bill – they suggested to pay the amount as per old tariff only and close the issue, for this I asked them to send one email mentioning the amount clearly – FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
Now their legal depart is sending me court notice, pls. help me
