Sir, during upgrading invitation from CDMA to 4G services, they sent me one email that NO CHANGE IN YOUR CURRENT DATA PLAN & RENTAL BENEFITS.
I got 4G sim and wipod instrument in the month of AUGUST, and started using from 10th of august, in this month bill amount showing around rs.1943, immediately I raised a dispute with customer care by calling them and sent email to customer care about this. STILL TODAY I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE DEPT OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.
Moreover the customer care executive told me that tariff has been changed for 4G services, I asked them without any intimation – by any means how can I know the tariff has changed – FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
Finally after 1 or 2 months got a call from either Pondicherry or from Chennai asking me about payment of bill – they suggested to pay the amount as per old tariff only and close the issue, for this I asked them to send one email mentioning the amount clearly – FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
Now their legal depart is sending me court notice, pls. help me
