Hi i added 500 RS into my wallet later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank . i raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made. Pls tell me where is my money. Sir I want my money back into my account .Till now my issue is not resolve. My mobile num is

I have paid my phed Bill by Bill desk on 2nd December 2016 my balance was debited but when I got my bill again it was not credited in Bill the amount is of 358 and transaction I’d is 163379588331 request to resolve it asap. On faith of Bill desk every thing is worthless I got a notice from phed to pay that amount.

I paid to make my trip thru mobikwik wallet today, ( ref number HMBK4998709147) for Rs 4871/- to book a train ticket thru make my trip.

Make my trip has confirmed that they did not receive money and hence my ticket did not get booked. (the make my trip ref number is NR2151226831216C01. it says that transaction has been unsuccessful).

Mobikwik customer care insists that money has been paid to make my trip and are being unhelpful.

So both make my trip and Mobikwik are not willing to help and find a solution

Please help and have my money refunded.

They are sending the call letter or putting adds in naukri monster or inneed like that i paid 70 k for abroad and they said 30 days time i didn’t get ant update again i went to challenge info tech they said they refund the money after one month they give 3k
Many time i called but they didnt care please be care of this type of frauds .
Dont believe this consultancy . Mr GOPU is top most fraud he is only doing brain wash work to candidates Mr DEEPAN he is MD of Chellenge info tech he is also same as gopu no difference both are same .
All staff are working like call girls .they behave like that only .Really the staff was call girls they all are money minded .they all are ITEMS

Complaint Details:
My roll no is MGU/131/SN/1211004/057. I am struggling for last 3 year to get the degree. Mulund and Powai centre are horrible. Once you paid your fees then you will be saved only by GOD. Before taking admission they call you at least 10 times in day and after taking admission you will not get the syllabus forget about the book. The thing we get is subject name. Nobody will picked your call. Their employee turnover is very high, every 6 month you will find someone new. They neither informed me about any examination for 18 month nor they picked up my call.

I had now submitted for provisional certificate(11/11/2016), its more than 1 month. I had not received my certificate.

I have bought a microwave oven from sales india ahmedabad wherwin where in since i purchased it its magnet has gone damaged and since last 4 months i am in follow up with the dealer and company customer care but no resolution is provided. Pleas help immediately. I have registered my complain more then 20 times but the company, dealer is not ready to listen. The local engineer says that the company will send the new magnet heater to them and then they will replace but since llast 4 months i am getting the same reply.

Scam or fraud: MedPlus India — Irrational behavior by ms. surya, karayanchavadi branch, chennai

I’m a regular customer of “Medplus”, Iyyappanthangal branch, Chennai. I had gone to Karayanchavadi branch, Chennai @ about 12:45 pm, 25.12.16 (today) to buy a cream. Ms.surya was the staff who lacked patience & acted in an “UNFAIR & UNACCEPTABLE” manner.I had given my credit card to Ms.surya who had said that the swipe machine was not working. When another staff had asked Ms.surya to check the machine again for which Ms.surya turned towards me & showed the machine, challenged me to check if it was working. I was taken aback for her “harsh” behavior & had an arguement with her for which she started “shouting” at the top of her voice. So, I had placed a complaint at Customer Care Complaints phone no. 18004253100. One Ms.Anushya spoke to me & had said that she’d ensure that Ms.surya apologise to me. After sometime, I had received a call from the Supervisor of Karayanchavadi branch who said that Ms.surya would apologise to me. But, Ms.surya “overruled” the supervisor’s recommendation & didn’t apologise at all.

On the whole, Ms.surya lacked ‘Morality’ & her attitude towards a regular customer was not fair & not acceptable.

Why do a reputed “Medplus pharmacy” with a good name in the market recruit such “employees” ?
DO “Medplus” really need a non-customer friendly staff like Ms.surya ?

I sincerely hope that “Medplus” would take stern action against this employee Ms.surya for her “irrational” behavior towards a “Medplus” customer.

She has nothing to lose but not a reputed “Medplus” pharmacy!
Let me see what the “Medplus” has to say.
