I’m a regular customer of “Medplus”, Iyyappanthangal branch, Chennai. I had gone to Karayanchavadi branch, Chennai @ about 12:45 pm, 25.12.16 (today) to buy a cream. Ms.surya was the staff who lacked patience & acted in an “UNFAIR & UNACCEPTABLE” manner.I had given my credit card to Ms.surya who had said that the swipe machine was not working. When another staff had asked Ms.surya to check the machine again for which Ms.surya turned towards me & showed the machine, challenged me to check if it was working. I was taken aback for her “harsh” behavior & had an arguement with her for which she started “shouting” at the top of her voice. So, I had placed a complaint at Customer Care Complaints phone no. 18004253100. One Ms.Anushya spoke to me & had said that she’d ensure that Ms.surya apologise to me. After sometime, I had received a call from the Supervisor of Karayanchavadi branch who said that Ms.surya would apologise to me. But, Ms.surya “overruled” the supervisor’s recommendation & didn’t apologise at all.
On the whole, Ms.surya lacked ‘Morality’ & her attitude towards a regular customer was not fair & not acceptable.
Why do a reputed “Medplus pharmacy” with a good name in the market recruit such “employees” ?
DO “Medplus” really need a non-customer friendly staff like Ms.surya ?
I sincerely hope that “Medplus” would take stern action against this employee Ms.surya for her “irrational” behavior towards a “Medplus” customer.
She has nothing to lose but not a reputed “Medplus” pharmacy!
