Scam or fraud: KTM Sportmotorcycle — Fake warranty promises

Hello,

I bought KTM 390 duke Reg-MH04 FN7146 from Vasai KTM Maharastra on dated 27th Dec 2013 .During it’s regular maintenance checkup at Vasai service, in the month of November 2015, it was diagnosed by Service Mechanic Hari Pal that silencer assembly needs to be changed under Warranty.As there was still one month left for warranty to be over,
I was assured by their supervisor that this would be done under warranty and he would give me a call in next few days.
After that assurance i kept on taking status of replacement during my each service visit to Vasai service center, but i was only assured that it would be be done, we have placed the order for replacement.

Now, there is a new supervisor in Vasai Service center and he coming up with questions that i am not sure what was promised ???????
See, i am not a guy who would do bad mouthing with them, i bought the bike from same service center and had some faith on KTM as a brand, but things were really disappointing. FELT like cheated !!!

Please Do the needful.

Flipkart services.. is this a normal practice of u guys to not providing a IMEI no on the invoices send to ur consumers. I wonder if its not illegal to sell a phone without providing legit IMEI no on the invoice..???
And the so called “customer sevices ” of yours are saying that its your problem that how will go to sevice centre of LG without a valid paper of ur phone ..!!!
Either refund my money or give me a valid invoice asap…

The cesc courier, has not been delivering, or erratically whimsically delivering electric bills, to my letter box at home.

There is noway to contact the CESC designated courier cosmopolation, since their phone is unresponsive.

This is a sheer dereliction of duties, and lapse on the part of cesc kolkata

It is incumbant on the part of any utility consumer service, to provide paper bills, until and unless a consumer opts to deny receipt of the same

I lost my phones on/off button with one month of purchase.. On 20th Nov I buy this phone and lost on/off button on 20th Dec 2016. I went to service center and repaired it by paying 250 rupees.. On the same day again I lost my on/off button. I want it to be repaired as soon as possible and now I am not going to pay again for this phone.. Please revert back..

I booked Samsung multifunction 3401 printer with snapdeal and did an online payment of 6570 on 07 Dec 16 .
That day I was confirmed that my order will be delivered to me on 14 Dec 16.
But till now I have not received my order . On 24 Dec I received mail that My order has been cancelled. This is totally fraud company.
They kept my money till 20 days and until 25 night I have not received any refund.

I have had a very bad experience with the Telecommunication Giant Vodafone.
My billing cycle has a limit of 5gb 4g data however this month the billing cycle showed that the limit has been increased to 15 GB in my mobile app. hence I started to use my Internet more freely. however when i reached the 5gb i got a message which showed that my 4g data has been exhausted. when i learned this i immediately called the customer care number to check on this. I spoke with Abhilash on customer care number 198 and he highlighted to me that the information shown on the app is incorrect and my limit would be 5gb only and 10gb additional is wifi data. i was shocked to hear this i mean what is the use of 10gb wifi data on a cell phone and moreover it was nowhere mentioned on the app. when i put this question infront of him, he said “there is an issue on the app on which we are working on and hence is wrongly mentioned on the app”. I mean a company like Vodafone cannot make a necessary change to their app rather than misleading their customers. he registered my complaint and promised me a call back by the concerned department.
I got a call from 02271637031 where the representative was very rude on the call, he had a casual attitude and was least bothered to address my concerns and was not at all helpful. I had to explain him the whole story again and when I asked him is there any resolution to this he said there is no resolution to this and you will have to pay for the extra data you used post your 5gb limit.
There is a word called “customer Experience” which I think Vodafone as a brand should focus on rather than misleading their valuable customers by just focusing on making money.
I will have to seriously rethink whether I would want to continue with Vodafone anymore or not.
