I bought KTM 390 duke Reg-MH04 FN7146 from Vasai KTM Maharastra on dated 27th Dec 2013 .During it’s regular maintenance checkup at Vasai service, in the month of November 2015, it was diagnosed by Service Mechanic Hari Pal that silencer assembly needs to be changed under Warranty.As there was still one month left for warranty to be over,
I was assured by their supervisor that this would be done under warranty and he would give me a call in next few days.
After that assurance i kept on taking status of replacement during my each service visit to Vasai service center, but i was only assured that it would be be done, we have placed the order for replacement.
Now, there is a new supervisor in Vasai Service center and he coming up with questions that i am not sure what was promised ???????
See, i am not a guy who would do bad mouthing with them, i bought the bike from same service center and had some faith on KTM as a brand, but things were really disappointing. FELT like cheated !!!
Please Do the needful.
