I was purchaged on dated 20/12/2016 above mobile by Flipkart order ID:OD407876085605074000, courior name Ekart-FMPC0169864519, Amount Rs.3333/- swipe company advertisement online high specification but phone is very poor quality. the following remarks- 1- mobile is hanging. 2- poor battery daily 5 times recharge. 3- 4g volte not working. 4- camera 1mp instead of 5mp (poor camera performance). 5- OS Android version 2.3 instead of android marshalow 6 (poor os performance). please immeadiatly mobile return and refund my amount. Dear All,

My father purchased Sony TV product – Bravia ( Model # KLV -24R422A ) Serial No # 4326652
Extended warranty card # 22004343 ( valid upto 22/ 2 / 2017 ) with RS 1500 / payment .

TV is completely down and my parents are completely SAD with Sony service . We have open service request as follow :

Nov 29th Service Request # 36582352 – Ticket Closed

Dec 11th service request # 36795190 – ticket open

Dec23rd service request # 37012039 – ticket open

Sony product quality and sale service has been completely degraded compare to any other product Like Panasonic, Samsung or Indian product .

If any Sony product leadership or india or Japanese executive is reading this note then please help ASAP to resolve this issue.

My father has purchased this product based on product quality, reliability & after sale service of Japanese product . He is completely unhappy with this .

Looking for faster resolution or replacement of product under warranty .

I am Choudhary Rajiv Kumar (Ranchi), I have booked a flat in RAMA DEVI CASTLE BLOCK-B (BYPASS ROAD) of Patna in July -2014 with Radha Rani Construction Pvt ltd. After one and half year of booking he has not started the construction.I regular calling him to know when the construction will start and all the time he told that after 15 days construction will start.

After 18 month of booking and construction was not started and ask to refund my Rs.4.50 Lakh of booking amount in the month of Feb-2016. He was agree to refund the booking amount but told me it will take time and will pay the entire amount before 30’th April 2016.

Now April -16 has passed, i keep calling him but he is not taking my phone, when i call from other number he use to pick and give assurance will transfer the booking amount within two to three days and he fails all the time and all the time he told the same stories.

Finally in the Month of July-16 i went to Patna from Ranchi and i catch him at his residence and after long discussion he has issued three cheques of total Rs. 2.50 Lakh against the Rs.4.5 Lakh of my booking amount and all the cheques were Bounced due to Insufficient Fund.

For booking i have paid him 4 lac 50 thousand through NEFT from my HDFC bank account and he has issued me receipt for that.

Ebay.in seems to be very poor in its policies and control towards its sellers.
e.g. seller musicprodistribution on ebay. I have written several mails to this seller thru ebay online mail, but despite 5 -6 days, the seller has not replied to any.

When I asked ebay to follow-up they did not commit anything.

Furthermore I find that the same item has very large variation in price on ebay. One is available for 500 Rs and same item by another seller for 700 Rs. When I asked ebay to have some fair pricing policy, I got a cold reply that it’s seller who decides the price based on its profit margin.

I am glad that in last 10 years I have made only 5 purchases from ebay and chances are very very less that I shall even make any further purchase from this site ever again.

I visited Pantaloons store in unityone mall and as I purchased and came back to pick up my other bags. There was a sound near the security check of the store due to which they asked me to remove my jacket and even the jacket and other stuff which I wore was not from pantaloons but still they asked me to come to try room so that a woman can check me if in case I am carrying something. The behaviour of the salesmen and other staff was so inappropriate as there were other people who also passed the security check and had a sound at their passing. Nobody stopped them and they asked me to come to try room, despite having courtesy to even ask me one whether I want to go and get myself checked or not. They ordered me to come to try room though I was not having anything or carried anything from their store except the purchase I did. It was very rude and inappropriate behaviour, and a clear case of harrasment I would say.
Kindly check into the matter.

Hello,
I got a message that Lovesutra pack is activated as requested with 75/- will be deducted for 15days service. I have never requested for any packs like this. I have nevertheless deactivated it immediately.

I found similar issue everywhere on internet in last few weeks. Just stop this nonsense. Do you have any request ID for activating such services? On what basis are you activating such services?
