My father purchased Sony TV product – Bravia ( Model # KLV -24R422A ) Serial No # 4326652
Extended warranty card # 22004343 ( valid upto 22/ 2 / 2017 ) with RS 1500 / payment .
TV is completely down and my parents are completely SAD with Sony service . We have open service request as follow :
Nov 29th Service Request # 36582352 – Ticket Closed
Dec 11th service request # 36795190 – ticket open
Dec23rd service request # 37012039 – ticket open
Sony product quality and sale service has been completely degraded compare to any other product Like Panasonic, Samsung or Indian product .
If any Sony product leadership or india or Japanese executive is reading this note then please help ASAP to resolve this issue.
My father has purchased this product based on product quality, reliability & after sale service of Japanese product . He is completely unhappy with this .
Looking for faster resolution or replacement of product under warranty .
