I have visited service centre at Indore (M.P.) there is no single part available and they are ignoring us and not giving satisfied answer. This complaint is regarding the request for reversal for POS transaction.
I use My Debit card for a POS transaction on 12th December 2016. The amount is Rs.1040. But it was credited Twice from my account. I applied for a Reversal the very next day at My home branch. The manager said it would take 4-6 working days for the money to be credited to my account. It has been more than two weeks now and every time I enquire with my branch they say they have not received any message from the Head office. My travelling expenses to the bank many times has come upto Rs. 200. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because they have exceeded the stipulated time frame of 4-6 days.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU REALLY WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY & MONEY. Not at all a site to buy or even look at it. Guys, never ever buy from this site as this seems to be fake/ cheat site. I had placed an order (order no. 600608911 dated 16th Dec 2016). Even after repeated follow ups till 24th Dec 2016 the order has not been dispatched also. On 25th Dec evening, they have cancelled order on their own & that too without my confirmation. This is really a ridiculous action from this seller. Like other online buyers, I also ignored negative feedback about this site and still gone ahead with an order for first time. I will recommend to visit other good online buyers who really care for their reputation and customer service. Even it seems they also have a system of blocking customer contact number whereby you can call them & your call will be on a continuous hold only & you will never realise this. Like I called them on 26th Dec 2016 @ 12:15 PM and was on a hold for half an hour & then finally I disconnected considering the object of this site. Let me tell you that you can never rely on their offers & products too and there is a bright scope that you miss good offers from other site too. Also you will go through mental harassment like follow up & waiting for your products to deliver and then finally to get your refund back. Even their customer service is pathetic as they rarely revert on email & on a phone too you generally have to hold for 10 minutes and that to hear a standard reply from their side. Really disgusting site I came across, never buy & recommend this site to any one. Since I can’t select rating less than 1 star, i have to go ahead with it else you can never provide positive rating for such sites.

on 17-Oct-2016. i never received the order.

When i sent the email and made calls to customer care they informed that the product is with DTDC Pune. i followed up with them as well however no response.

EBAY INdia, denied to refund my money INR 2999 which is not small amount, these cheaters asked me to contact seller

Complaint Details:
I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 8th Dec, 2016 using my ICICI bank. The money got deducted, however it was not reflected in my free charge wallet. I got a message from freecharge stating that the money will be refunded back by the bank. I didn’t got the refund then I raise a query to bank stating the whole scenario. In response bank said that a transaction has been completed and the freecharge has also confirmed the bank that the transaction is complete.
I raised a query to free charge also but no response has come from them.

I purchase new Micromax Q424 mobile from Poorvika Mobiles on 26 th Nov’16.
After first day Usage i found some issue in the Touch and Battery, i visited and complaint to Poorvika, they checked in front of me and they face some issue but they told no issue, after discussion he told the battery life is not good for the new coming Smart phones,

i asked how to complaint, he told that please visit Micro max Service center and raise the complaint.

i went Service center at Kanchipuram but Sunday was holiday, i have sunday holiday but they are not working, then normal working days i visited after 8.00 PM that time also it was closed.

how i can raise the complaint and get the new mobile.

my complaint is 1. if i am typing words it is jumping the letter.
2. At the receiving calls it automatically hold or call cut.
3. At the call discussion it is going to new application.
4 . Battery life will not come even 10 hours.
