This complaint is regarding the request for reversal for POS transaction.
I use My Debit card for a POS transaction on 12th December 2016. The amount is Rs.1040. But it was credited Twice from my account. I applied for a Reversal the very next day at My home branch. The manager said it would take 4-6 working days for the money to be credited to my account. It has been more than two weeks now and every time I enquire with my branch they say they have not received any message from the Head office. My travelling expenses to the bank many times has come upto Rs. 200. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because they have exceeded the stipulated time frame of 4-6 days.
