I purchase new Micromax Q424 mobile from Poorvika Mobiles on 26 th Nov’16.
After first day Usage i found some issue in the Touch and Battery, i visited and complaint to Poorvika, they checked in front of me and they face some issue but they told no issue, after discussion he told the battery life is not good for the new coming Smart phones,
i asked how to complaint, he told that please visit Micro max Service center and raise the complaint.
i went Service center at Kanchipuram but Sunday was holiday, i have sunday holiday but they are not working, then normal working days i visited after 8.00 PM that time also it was closed.
how i can raise the complaint and get the new mobile.
my complaint is 1. if i am typing words it is jumping the letter.
2. At the receiving calls it automatically hold or call cut.
3. At the call discussion it is going to new application.
4 . Battery life will not come even 10 hours.
