I have applied for Indane gas new gas connection in online with the reference number of N161213118434370450875. My application status is all cleared but yet not received the link to pay the amount in online so that I met the distributor but he asked to pay amount of Rs.8000/ for double bottle. Please provide link to pay or contact the distributor to accept the money which has given in online.

Hi. I am not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 18 Dec 2016 so i replaced the new sim on 20 Dec 2016. Airtel executive told me that my sms service will start in 48 hours but it has not yet started and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. Solve it or else i will go toh comsumer court for futher procedure.My number is 7600767578, please resolve immediately.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Movie Bookings Fraud by PayTM

Hi,

I booked 4 tickets for movie Dangal through PayTM mobile app at PVR Goregaon Oberoi Mall (Mumbai) on 25-DEC-2016 for show on 27-DEC-2016 (Tuesday).
Payment (150 per ticket) was deducted and bookings were confirmed for the show. Received an email and text with selected seat number details for the same.

Today (26-DEC-2016) evening, received a call from PayTM customer care stating that your ticket has been cancelled due to technical issue in PVR system.

How can you cancel my ticket 24 hours later and after sending all the confirmations?

I was surprised, opened the PayTM website to book the tickets again but realized that now the tickets were available at higher prices. – (PVR and PayTM movie bookings screenshots with higher prices attached)

I sent a query immediately to PayTM and received below response:
“As per telephonic conversation, We regret to inform that the show for movie Dangal at PVR Oberoi Goregaon (E) Mumbai, has been cancelled by the Cinema due to unavoidable circumstances” – (Email from PayTM care attached)

I called at PVR Cinemas helpline to confirm and the agent (Anuj) confirmed that there has been no cancellations from PVR’s end and the show is still on.

I am extremely disappointed with such an unprofessional behavior. How can you suddenly cancel my tickets without my confirmation when the show is still on? Who is at fault here? PayTM customer care is lying about show cancellation by sending a written communication ?

Where is PayTM’s cancellation policy which doesn’t allow customers to cancel a movie ticket once it’s booked and confirmations are sent? Who gives PayTM an authority to play with customers bookings once it’s confirmed? Should PayTM not issue another ticket if there were any technical errors?

I try to add money Rs.1000 on my paytm wallet on 24 of December 2016 10:20pm and the payment fail but the money deducted from my bank account and the order no is 24550105039. again 10:23pm another Rs.1000 i try again the order no 2455030380 the payment fail again but the money deducted again the total money deducted is Rs.2000. i file a complain from my paytm account but there is no response i send and email no response is there anyone can help me for this case.

Scam or fraud: Paytm — Failed transaction but no refund

Kindly go through the Facts of the case as mentioned below:
1. On 19-12-16, a payment of Rs. 323 was made through Paytm to Big Basket.
2. In the first attempt the transaction failed.
3. Another attempt was made for Rs. 323 through Paytm.
4. Again Payment failed.
5. The order showed no payment made and against my order Cash on delivery status was shown.
6. subsequently order was cancelled by me by calling at Big Basket Customer care.
7. Order status against my account changed to order cancelled.
8. I tried to call PayTm but nobody except IVRS is willing to listen to my problem.
9. I have given all snapshots to PayTm Facebook team and they are not willing to refund my amount.
10. despite order cancelling why money is not refunded to my account.
11. please see all attached documents with this mail.
12. Please refund my money soon.
13. its a case of cheating, theft and duping people.

Hi I am Vishal Goel and I brought samsung A7 2016, 2 months back but now it got damaged in my pocket (got band and its display also came out of phone frame) although phone is working perfectly fine . But my concern is when I brought this phone (with lots of money) with this thought that this phone will be durable and good in his performance but it was my mistake, it would have better if I bought some local china same alike phone and when I complained the same to your service center in gomtinagar lucknow they didn’t accept my complaint and asked me to visit other service center (this is how we treat our valuable customer).

In last 15 years I used nokia, motorola, LG.. etc but never used samsung phone so thought to buy one for myself but seriously my experience is very bed with the brand and the product, this product quality is very poor and cheap.

Now pls suggest what to do and where to complaint.

Pls revert with the proper solution.

On 20/12/2016 I bought things of amount 420.00 Rs and while paying at the counter, they said transaction not occured for first time so swiped again…but afterwards i came to know that the money has been deducted thrice.When i asked them, firstly they said it is under process and it will take 3 days but now they are telli that they didnot get the money twice in their account.They asked me to call the bank and its weekend so i cannot do that..but in my corporation bank account it is clearly showing that it has been credited to their account…I really wanty money back because be for them its such a small amount

Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.672942947 with your Branch. In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.452.00 online thru my central Bank Account No.3388492045, Branch Greater Kailash, New Delhi on 26th December 2016 it was showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online thru my above mentioned Bank and I got the receipt No.POS PRCH/5196081567006617, POS PRCH/5196081567006617 dated 26/12/2016 . Now my Bank account shows three debit balances of same amount.

I, therefore, request you to please refund the Excess amount i had paid
