Scam or fraud: Mswipe Technologies — Fraudulent activities by mswipe technologies

Hello all,

At the time of demonetization, people who made money by fraudulent activities are mswipe. It is the mistake of the common people to trust blindly of the new entrants like mswipe. While we have got a restaurant in noida sector-62, one amit (Contact number 7053156941) from mswipe contacted us and offered us to provide swiping machine and collected rs.6000/- from us on december 7 2016 saying that the machine would be delivered 10 days. Despite of many follow ups neither mr. Amit or anybody from mswipe provided us with any positive answer. Most of the time they avoid our calls or if at all they attend the call, they give lame excuses. We would have left out with no other options, but to file a complaint with the police or with the court of law.

I would urge people to avoid dealing with mswipe – they are big time cheats!!!

Scam or fraud: Hyundai Motor India — Need clarification on genuine spare parts of hyundai reg.

Dear sir,

I purchased a getz prime, 1.1 gvs model of hyundai from trident showroom, sadhashiva nagar, bangalore during march, 2009.

My vehicle has run near about 45, 000km so far.

Four months back i got some abnormal noise and i left my vehicle for service at advaith hyundai service centre, rajaji nagar, bangalore.

There, they informed that there is oil leak in power steering, that’s why such abnormal sound is heard. And they said i will have to replace the entire power steering rack, which costs around rs.35, 000.

I felt the cost very exorbitant, for a vehicle just run only 45, 000km.

I am shocked what type of parts does such reputed company like hyundai fit to their car, its totally absurd.

As a layman i should believe what ever the hyundai service people say.

One week back i had left my vehicle at blue hyundai service station, rajaji nagar for replacing my power steering rack. I had paid a advance of rs. 26, 000. But so far i have not received any kind of reply or response from them. I am trying to call the concerned supervisor, but he just drag the reply.

I need justice in this regard.

First of all, why the spares are worn out very quickly for a less run vehicle. The spares are down graded one or whether the company cheats customer with such kind of technical issues.

Secondly, for such simple issues why the company recommends to change the entire rack, instead of sorting out the problem meticulously. Is it the lack of technical competence with your service providers or simply burdening the customers.

I need justice for such huge ransom payment with proper solution.

Thirdly, why the service provider do not have the concern for the customers. They will have to call the customers and inform the updates. Instead i am begging them, which is unworthy on your part.

Please sort out my problem, so that such a high branded company do not loose their credibility with customers.

On 24th December i gave my polo for service at KTC South kalamassery show roomon that day by evening i got my vehicle after service. I drove it to my place later by night i got severe smell of diesel . When i checked my car parking area i saw diesel was spread all the area. When i checked thoroughly i found that that it is flowing from my car. My whole tank was empty by morning.The diesel was flowing like water from the tap. I have taken a small video and pictures of it. This mail doesn’t provide option to attach my video and picture, if you need clarification pleasecontact me.
While driving if something had happened to me who will be responsible. It shows how negligent your service team. Actually i am so sorry to say that. Because of this my Christmas day whole programme was affected and who will pay for the loss of it. I hope the management i will do the needful.So Thanking you anticipation

I have made a Purchase at Vanam fashion on 16th Dec 2016.I paid my Bill using my SBI Debit card.First attempt was declined and second was succesfful.When i check my account amount was debited twice. Shop asked me to contact SBI and I Visited SBi branch they asked me to contact Customer care.NO proper response from Customer care.Worst service from SBI.

STILL MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED…

I have ordered Dish TV and made payment for the same but was not allowed to install Dish by the society.
I asked them to refund the amount and cancelled the order immediately but till date I have not received my amount and customer care people just bluntly disconnects the call, once they come to know that you are an existing customer.
I am awaiting my refund else I will have to process my complaint with Cyber Fraud Cell.
I suspect the genuineness of this company.
