Scam or fraud: VERY LESS MATURITY AMOUNT PAID BY RELIANCE LIFE COMPONY

Dear sir

One day My investment advisor Mrs Shradha kawade ( contact no-

and her representative Mr.Bhusan jadhav came to my Residence and convinced to me to buy this policy on the basis of 10 % assured returns after 6 Years if invested Rs.54500/- annually paid only for 4 years. I have believed and take policy.

Hence agreed to apply for the policy and provided him my details and documents required to get the form filled as guided by agent-Mr.Bhushan I signed the application form duly.He confirmed he will fill up the other details by himself.

On providing him the axis bank Cheque for Rs.54355/- in favors of Reliance life insurance company Ltd .He is saying we will receive the policy documents in 7-8-working days. Actually documents were received after 25 days.

According to policy terms I was paid regularly premium amount Rs

every year as per committed by finance advisor I was not taken any doubt on returned benefits company also not giving information of accumulated bonus amount .In the policy document page no 19 it is clearly mentioned that 6% to 10 % returned amount will be given to customer but after maturity date maturity benefits get only Rs 35 instead of Rs so that I have direct loss of Rs 41

I call Reliance Customer Care and requested them to give maturity benefits as per Policy but the company denied and no attention given on the complaint made

I had asked in between maturity period about my bonus amount but reliance denied to tell accumulated bonus amount .If on that time I knew my bonus amount is not much then I will stop to pay in coming premiums to company and saved from this loss .

They told them you have survival benefits of 2.5 lac on sacrifice of Rs

Only 2.5 lac ka life cover lene ke liye mai kyu Rs

Barbad karunga? Uske bajay mai non refundable RS 8000 paid kar ke 80 lake ka life cover preferred karta.

Reliance life insurance is giving me wrong policy and premium details

I told them what amount u and maturity amount is all different Reliance people is making fool to customer they are sealing that Reliance money back plan nobody is taken because there no profits in this plan that’s why they are not telling about truth.

I am very much frosted I had lost my

rupees Reliance is very big company nobody is going against them can u please help me I am cheated very much sir I am very very disappointed & agreed for above all also not trusted to any product of reliance .I want my full amount back from Reliance Life Insurance. That’s all I don’t want anything else from.

If you are still have integrated with company reputation & as well as customer which trusted on your company then please look into this matter seriously because someone your adviser spoil the name of Reliance company. Due to such things so many customer like me is suffered mentally financially as well as physically.

My family is Middle class So please look at my problem and save me. They have cheated me and denying returning back the hard-earned money.

Pls help me to get back my money from Reliance Life Insurance company limited.

Jo ki mera is policy ka premium tha o amount bank me FD karto to compound interest se after six years 2 lac + amount miltha tha .

Scam or fraud: Credit Card Fraud

DEAR SIR I got a call from the numbers from and

and I was told they are from Citibank. They said since I have not been using the card they are offering some gifts and and they spoke to me with all details and asked for some details. Then said there is a gift voucher and my rewards points would be redeemed on my card. I would get the points in my card by Jan 10th.

I was charged for this of Rs.

and said it will appear from a agency called Sai Infotech since they are paying for the reward points and this amount will initially appear in my statement but will go away

I was also given the names of helpdesk agents Vanya Sharma and Ashi and said

is the helpline number helpline number for Citibank credit card

I can call anytime on this number and check for details

They sent some gift yesterday as well.

I called on the number given and was told the amount would be removed from my statement but that was not done

Yesterday i received some gifts from them (though not sure)

I have written to Citibank on the same day and have also asked them to stop my card. But Citibank has told they cannot do anything for the charges and i should log a complaint. My card number is ending with 4xxxxxxxxxxx4812. I think the place is in Bangalore only. Please track this and request you to take action and help me in recovering the money

Dear Sir

As per the advertisement given on Lybrate for Aarogyam 1.2 full body checkup.I have booked an home appointment for collection of Blood sample.This was for my mother age above 50 year.The order was booked on 12th December online with full payment done and address and pin code mention in it before booking order i called on the mobile number given on site

and confirm that my pin code is cover or not after reply of Yes then only i have confirm this order for 12 December 2016 time morning 10 to

AM.On 12th December no one arrive at my home for collection of sample.I then call on the toll free number and asked the status the lady told me that she will call me and give status with in half an hour but she did’nt call me.By the time my mother was waiting with fasting of more that 15 hours no one was bother to replied me the status.After !!.5 am i call again to toll free number for knowing the status this time there was a man.when i asked him a status he started asking same question and verification about my order.I was very angry and told him to give the phone to that lady how committed me to reply me the status of my order with in half an hour.When she came she told me to hold the call so that she can communicate with he technical for what is the issue.By the it was 12 of clock my mother still was on fasting.This lady was literally doing time pass and nothing.After 20 min she replied and told me that she will reschedule the appointment.This was very ridiculous and mean answer my patience were exhausted and i started shouting and want the reason for reschedule the appointment and why it was not inform earlier.My was fasting for more that 16 hour and this people not even replied well in advance what was the status.The lady was blaming to Thyocare employee and we can’t do any things.

I was not informed about my order status not i have received any SMS form this lybrate.the lady not aware any thing about own company.I just cut my phone written a mail on

for the reason i got mail repaying that “Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience faced by you Since your area doesn’t fall under the list of serviceable pin codes hence we can not proceed with the order. ”

I just escalated with all details on mail that this was already confirmed with your representative and on mail confirmation.i also mail screen short with address detail of thyocare office near my resident.

I got a call from Puneet Ranjan (Lybrate) he once again apologies and said that he is from thyocare and started explaining that it was a mistake.we do not provide service in Kalyan. When told him that i have confirm and dam sure that there is service of thyocare.then he started explaining that he is form Lybrate and Lybrate technician do not come to Kalyan for collection blood sample.This how cheap are this person first he lied to me and then he started fooling me.when i as angry he started given me an offer of 300 rs coupon I told me this medical negligence and your are giving me a bullsit offer.my mother was fast for more than 16 hours.He said he will cancel my order and will refund my money back but i insisted that not cancelled my order but i want the service done.

The next day i got a mail that my order is cancelled and i will get the money refund with in 4 to 5 days after my warning they cancel my order.

I want to action against this company this not the first time many people are suffering from this company they are providing wrong information on site

What if the person get affected form fasting and waiting for long time.

The company should take responsibility to inform customer well in advance the status whether they are providing the services or not.

This company are feeding on funds so do not bother for any kind of Mistake they are going to paid and has rights to paly with human life.

What if any wrong decision given by the Doctor on this site.

What is the Guarantee the Doctor are well qualified.

There is no escalation matrix.

There was physical and mental harassment due this company false service provided and wrong information provided by this company site.i want to file a complaint against this company and compensation for all those customer suffering from this company .So that such thing will not happen again again.

Rs. 2 are everytime being deducted from my mobile balance for the service which i never subscribed daily basis by sender md-upower in the name of mtnlsub2. I have some sms received:- Dear susbcriber, you have been charged rs.2 for mtnlsub2 subscription pack. And your subscription for mtnlsub2 has been renewed successfully.
