I have bought a laptop ASUS X540L from vishal computech privete limited-Ameerpet on 19th december-2016.My laptop did not function from 22nd december.It has only worked for 2 days.when i have taken this laptop to the service center they told me that the laptop has already been brought to the service center on 28th septem-2016 and 13th october -2016.So the service center told me that they cannot issue a new laptop to me as DOA policy has already been utilised by the previous customer.so by this i came to know that the laptop which i have bought was a used one.please look into this.

I lose my 1500 rs within a month. And i m unable to cal even cusmer care. They are also not reaponding of my cal. I my very distrass from your service. When it was ING vesya then it was very good and speedly service provider. But not now. I sont know that what ia ression. But plzzz help me to return my mony. I lose it 3 time. 1100 and 300 and 100. Rs alrady detact from my account but i did not recieved plz help me.

B121, Sector 5 Noida – Subject: deducted from my bank account no- (IndusInd Bank) when transfer money directly using my Debit card to Paytm Wallet ( ) Hi On Dated 26th Dec I transferred 3800 rs. to Imperial Electric House, Rohtak (wallet no- directly using my debit card and fill my OTP and balances debited from my bank account and in paytm wallet message seen was pending. Again we retry but the situation remains same and we got two reference no – & Immediate called to paytm customer care and they told me that your transaction is cancelled and money will be refunded by your Bank only. Afterwards, I drop a mail to Bank and they replied as mentioned in the below mail: Dear Mr.Kumar, Greetings from IndusInd Bank. This with reference to your e-mail dated December 28, 2016 addressed to regarding Unsuccessful transaction.. We wish to confirm that your transaction of INR was successful and it’s already claimed by Merchant Bank on December 27, 2016 with Acquirer Reference Number .
