While adding 2000 rupees to my mobikwik wallet, my amount was deducted in my sbi account, but it was not added to my wallet.It was my first transaction in mobikwik. Lost 2000 .please resolve it quickly.I have filed ticket in mobikwik on 26-12-2016…but no response from them.I have seen that most of the complaints of mobikwik are not solved..many complaints are in pending.I will b thankful if u solve this issue quickly

I am a proud subscriber of Reliance postpaid (Originally CDMA but now 4G-GSM technology) for over 10 years. Though I experienced network related problems whe I used your CDMA technology and SIM, the services in my Plan (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) were working. After your forcibly thrusted this 4G-GSM because Reliance was forced by TRAI to wind up the CDMA support, Most of the time the tower indication on my mobile screen is “TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE” and “RELAINCE 4G” at other times.
When the tower shows “RELAINCE 4G” I am able to use my connection effectively for (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) . IT works fine. On the contrary when tower shows “TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE” I am able to make only Local and STD calls, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ISD CALLS I HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS 2000/- WITH YOUR COMPANY AS ON DATE). I GET THE MSG -“PLEASE CHK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED”.
FURTHER, I AM UNABLE TO CALL RELIANCE HELP LINE OR COMPLAINT HELP LINE (*333 AND 198).i HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT (REQUEST NO. 253043312). THE ISSUE IS STILL PENDING. YOUR EXECUTIVES HAVE STEALTHILY AND CLANDESTINELY TREATED THIS ISSUE AS CLOSED OUT OF COWARDICE AND NEGLIGENCE.
I WILL BE FORCED TO COMPLAIN WITH BOTH TRAI AND STATE/DISTRICT CONSUMER REDRESSAL COMMISIONS IF THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION

I placed an order for shoe accessory with order id 100001347 on 16th dec and still i have not received my packet. Courier company told me that company has asked us to deliver this packet on some other address. In short i haven’t got my packet.

Company’s customer care number does not work. Mails are un answered. I don’t know how to contact these people.

I have taken a mediclaim policy from national insurance company under baroda health policy program and submitted premium of rs 7246 and its validity is from 19-07-2016 to 18-07-2017. But i haven’t got the policy card still.
I have visited the company office in navyug market, ghaziabad, u. P. But did not get any proper response from the authority.

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I wanted to create a virtual visa 5days back, 2000 rupees deducted but virtual visa not generated but the money never reached and neither did they refund it back and seems they dont even want to.. Have written emails to them but they dont respond, neither do they reply on twitter, their CS telephone number keeps you on hold for hours but no one comes on the line ever.. I am not the only one, everyone who has used their app gives negative reviews on Google Play store but they dont respond to anyone and they purposely cheat customers so as to keep their money.. They have not received a single positive or neutral review.. Also they keep call on hold for hours to make commission from Tel operators but no one comes on the line because they dont have a call centre to address to complaints..It seems they are running this fraud business since long but are still continously cheating customers..My complaint ticket id is 415393 which generated on their app but no one responds… email id – sushilswami5@gmail.com

We purchased ford endeavour from mathura road outlet, this is the first and the last time we are taking for car. everything was good till we took the car from the showroom but after that nobody bothered to help us, nobody updated us about the permanent number. we wanted a specific number but never received it and after few weeks we received a call saying that they are giving us some other random number and because of this there will be mismatch in the series of number of cars in our home. only once we received the call from the supervisor as to ask why we are not accepting the number and then he never bothered to get back to us. they do not know how to behave with the customers.

911482552441006#911482552235473) to the service center for the problem of charging socket and pay 450 ruppes for this the charging socket is got changed but my phone does’nt got on. It done dead. I again send it to the service center but they are saying that i open my cell phone somewhere else the security seal is broken. This phone can’t be repaired.
Phone gone dead during the service i’m going to complaint in consumer court if i does’nt got any solution

I Yogan Lakhan wring this complain to give you insight about a incident which I am facing since last 30days +.
I went to a mobile shop named Sona Mobile in kalyaninagar on 21st Nov 2016 to buy a mobile of OPPO that time the owner swiped my card and disbursed 17990rs from my EMI card. Was trying to apply scheme of 0% down-payment. But the scheme was not available then I didn”t took the mobile. On 3rd dec 2016 I visit the shop to reimburse the amount but he wasn”t able to get it done. Then later on the shop owner gave me the number of Mr. Sameer Sharan(Contact no -9990032451) Bajaj Finserv executive to solve the query it”s been 20 days I am following him he every day, he says that he is in home town but the amount will be reimbursed in few hours but till date it”s not done. He have forced me to write this complain please solve my problem. I believe that Bajaj Finserv as being big brand but they are have pathetic customer service.Mr. Sameer Sharan has wasted so much of my time and money in travelling. Bajaj finserv has no use of there customer service line because the waiting time is more than an hour.

My awb 69881279856 is in gurgaon cpc bluedart service centre…when i called customer care number..they informed me that your parcel is not with us …i contacted shipper ..he tld he has dispatched it to courier …plz help me…plz update me abt my parcel …bluedart always does this…dnt knw why such a big problem from their side …plz solve my problem as soon as possible

My neighbor mohit has requested for new broad band connection in his house vasundhara ghaziabad airtel representative has visited his house and asked to pay rs. 1000 and he will get new airtel broadband connection as he does not have bank account and your representative is not ready to accept the cash so i have made payment online of rs. 1000 for him through my credit card and i asked your representative please ensure if connection is possible before payment he ensured that we will get connection by 2days after payment and we keep on chasing for connection and after 15days we were told that connection is not possible what kind of commitment airtel give we don’t understand and when i asked for refund that person says call 198 from airtel no. Aur email complaint for refund now its more then 2month i have not received my refund we have exchanged approx 30 emails every time i was assured for payment and once they said they will sent the cheque of rs.1000 they sent the cheque on the name of mohit who does not have any bank account which is use less then they said to submit noc from mohit and neft details i have submitted following document:-
1. Copy of cancelled cheque
2. Copy of noc self attested and signed by mohit
3. Copy of account details self attested by vineet
4. Copy of account statement download from netbanking and self attested by vineet
5. Copy of front page of passbook
6. Copy of self attested address proof and id proof of mohit

I have sent all the document 4 times and every time a new excuse was given by airtel but problem remains the same.
I am already using 3 airtel no postpaid and one broadband connection but first time i am facing such trouble from airtel.

I am requesting you if you have any doubt sent your representative again and verify every thing but please refund it at the earliest.
