I am a proud subscriber of Reliance postpaid (Originally CDMA but now 4G-GSM technology) for over 10 years. Though I experienced network related problems whe I used your CDMA technology and SIM, the services in my Plan (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) were working. After your forcibly thrusted this 4G-GSM because Reliance was forced by TRAI to wind up the CDMA support, Most of the time the tower indication on my mobile screen is “TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE” and “RELAINCE 4G” at other times.
When the tower shows “RELAINCE 4G” I am able to use my connection effectively for (Local, STD & ISD calls/SMS etc) . IT works fine. On the contrary when tower shows “TATA DOCOMO-RELIANCE” I am able to make only Local and STD calls, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ISD CALLS I HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS 2000/- WITH YOUR COMPANY AS ON DATE). I GET THE MSG -“PLEASE CHK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED”.
FURTHER, I AM UNABLE TO CALL RELIANCE HELP LINE OR COMPLAINT HELP LINE (*333 AND 198).i HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT (REQUEST NO. 253043312). THE ISSUE IS STILL PENDING. YOUR EXECUTIVES HAVE STEALTHILY AND CLANDESTINELY TREATED THIS ISSUE AS CLOSED OUT OF COWARDICE AND NEGLIGENCE.
I WILL BE FORCED TO COMPLAIN WITH BOTH TRAI AND STATE/DISTRICT CONSUMER REDRESSAL COMMISIONS IF THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION
