I Yogan Lakhan wring this complain to give you insight about a incident which I am facing since last 30days +.
I went to a mobile shop named Sona Mobile in kalyaninagar on 21st Nov 2016 to buy a mobile of OPPO that time the owner swiped my card and disbursed 17990rs from my EMI card. Was trying to apply scheme of 0% down-payment. But the scheme was not available then I didn”t took the mobile. On 3rd dec 2016 I visit the shop to reimburse the amount but he wasn”t able to get it done. Then later on the shop owner gave me the number of Mr. Sameer Sharan(Contact no -9990032451) Bajaj Finserv executive to solve the query it”s been 20 days I am following him he every day, he says that he is in home town but the amount will be reimbursed in few hours but till date it”s not done. He have forced me to write this complain please solve my problem. I believe that Bajaj Finserv as being big brand but they are have pathetic customer service.Mr. Sameer Sharan has wasted so much of my time and money in travelling. Bajaj finserv has no use of there customer service line because the waiting time is more than an hour.
