I can not transfer money from my wallet due to freecharge locked my account. I successfully verified my kyc details but freecharge frequently locked my account. I complain it many times but no one response me. Previously I submit kyc deatils adhar card, pan card bank details. I request you to unlock my account or reverse my transaction as soon as possible.

Recently I ported my Vodafone number to Telenor. My number is 9049242XXX.
Whenever I call a Telenor number I have to hear Telenor advertise voice explaining Telenor offers. Also when people call to my number they have to hear advertise voice of Telnor offers.
It is a big waste of time for me and also for people who are calling me on my number. I have called 198 related to this complaint. The customer representative (Mr. Gundappa) has said that it is not possible to stop this IVR message. I request to look in to this matter and help to stop this petty advertises on my number for incoming and outgoing calls. As much as I remember I have not signed on any document that says it is mandatory for me to hear Telenor advertises. Customer care people say that during call connecting time this IVR message is heard. But no call connecting time is so long. After the IVR message is made to hear then call is connected.
Government has already started DND service. But here Telenor is overruling this and make their customers to hear their marketing messages. Please look in to this issue.

I added 200 Rs to the patym wallet on 20/11/2016 through my UBER application the money got deducted from my bank but the money is not featuring in my Uber app balance or even my patym balance, the transaction got completed then it redirected to a page saying 404 Page Not Found.
Now the money is deducted from my bank but I dont even know where it is gone.

I have purchased a SONY LED TV, Model no.KDL-32EX520IN5 on Dec 2011.
While I am starting the TV it is being srarted flickering/blinking and after few minutes the TV screen has been changed into black screen.
I have complained to cusromer care vide no.
34770300 & 36115407 and the engineer of Technoplaza(Authorised vendor of Sony) said the pannel is not functioning & it should be changed which cost is Rs.15584.
I think it is a manufactureing defect .We cannot expect a pannel board may be damaged within 5 years like a product of world famous TV company .
So you are reqested to please arrange to change the said pannel board in free of cost .Every reputed company changed their defective product in free of cost.

I am using the Airtel 4 G from dec’15 and i have been experiencing in consistent connectivity from Sep’16 onwards and irrespective of being documented for all escalations levels ( nodal/Appellate) nothing works out until now. I have remitted the payments for the months. Hope you can see the emails from Oct’ 16 onwards and until now there is no official confirmation. I have handed over the dongle to one of the representative last week and still now i have not received back the dongle and he is not picking up my call too. As per the note from customer care, below are the usage details:
Regarding data usage:
For the period 11-10-16 to 10-11-16, you have used 185.67 MB.
For the period 11-09-16 to 10-10-16, you have used 665.72 MB.
For the period 11-08-16 to 10-09-16, you have used 845.47 MB.
Please help me to reverse the payment ( on pro rata) for the months until i have paid..
And also Please help me to fix the issue the dongle issue/ issue the new dongle ..

What is this ? you send one message to my number:7795268269 full talktime rs/- 58=58TT will come, so i recharged today with 58 rs/- . the message came your num is recharged successfully with 58/- but still the money 58/- will not come .what are you doing are you sleeping ? would you refund my money or else i want to port my number.

I am mukesh bhatt.the management of pnb kirari branch is very poor.Manager and employees of bank doesnt work according to govt. guidelines.they are operating under their own management which is causing problem for depositing and withdrawal of cash.customers waiting in long queues for their number and bank is not taking any actions for the customer comfortability.please take proper actions for making the management right.I think they are taking bribe and causing public problems.please take necessary actions.

If a election petition is rejected due to time limitation can we file a complaint to election commission with evidence against elected candidate who concealed heinous or serious criminal cases in his affidavit ? does election commission also have time limitation ? also does election petition and disqualification under 10(1D) are two different things ?
