Scam or fraud: Career Bucket/ Career Wealth — No refund yet, No response after taking money

Complaint Details:
– Period of Incident: 1st Aug’16 to 1st Sep’16, never got any response after that.
– False promises to provide job with 45% hike, jobs at TCS or Accenture, takes security money, promises to return whole amount post joining.

– I have paid refundable Rs3, 500/- for using their package “Interview Cracker”.
– Paid Rs5, 400/- for creating Visual Resume(which I have not received yet)
– Got some calls from TCS HR Manager named Vikas Singh (career@tcs.com) and was asked to pay a security money of Rs22, 500/- with locking period of 3 months and will be returned after that. This payment was also done thru careerwealth.in.
– After paying the whole amount, I got a call saying they did not receive the amount as there were some issues on ‘PayUMoney’ site and they will return Rs22, 500 in some days. And again asked to re do the transaction and grab the offer as soon as possible.
– As I said No to the offer and asked them for refund, they said me that they will call me back but never got any call till now.

– I am registering this complain as I see this as a scam to get money from people who are struggling to get a job.
– They also used “tcs.com” and “rblbank.com” domains to send mails as it seem authentic to me.

– I want my whole money(Rs 31, 400/-) back from them even if they claim to be authentic.

I have a Hero Splener I Smart 110 bike. In starting to till now it have a engine sound. When I take 1st service I said that this problem but this sound not decrease. When next day of 1st service then engine sound is more so I went to hero showroom and ask him to this problem. So they check it and finally issue a complain register for engine sound and he said that our company call you under 10-15days. SO till now it covers 13days but no any call for my spaire parts.
So kindly help me… Because engine sound is heavy so it’s take bada drive issue.

With reference to our order number 302630958 of wooden baby cot from pepper fry and the same got delivered on 17th Nov. We were told that carpenter will come today to assemble the same and we were directed to call on customer care & confirm the visit. Since then no one has come & IVR keeps confirming today – tomorrow every time we call. This is the worst experience we had till date with online purchase & don’t think we will ever recommend Pepperfry to anyone.
However we request you to kindly look into the matter personally and help us with either return & refund or send the carpenter today positively to assemble.

Scam or fraud: Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Apathy of goibibo towards its coustmer- regarding refund

Complaint Details:
It is very unfortunate to experience the apathy of goibibo towards its coustmer service. I have called my times to your customer service support regarding full refund of my flight ticket as committed by your executives, but every time i call your people says that the matter has been escalated to your technical team and you will get call with in 24- 48 hours, but till now i didn’t get any call from your team and now after 12 days( that mean after 228 hours) i have recevied this mail that your refund process has been completed.

This is absolutely disheartening to know that after my continuous request of checking your call records regarding this particular booking, consecutive follow up calls were made on my behalf, where i requested your executives to escalate this issue to your higher management and I strongly recommend compensation, adding to it I never received any calls from your team.
Every time i called i got assurance from your team that my refund will be processed as committed by the executive but nothing has napped till now.

I had posted an add for selling my iphone yesterday. Today i accepted an offer but buyer didnt respond yet. And someone called me few mins back saying that he is calling from quickr and said if the buyer doesnt respond then we will pick up the phone from u. The executive who will come to pick handset from u will give u acknowledgment paper as a proof and u can see his quickr id card. Within 2 days if we do not get a buyer than we will buy ur product. Which means quickr will buy my product. Is it really true? Or scam? I asked him whether this scheme is mentioned on website so he said yes. I asked him to call me in couple of hrs. But i couldn’t see anything as he said on the website.

More then six month the signal strength of airtel, (huge existing customer) or no one network provider so there is very critical signal of mobile network in 10 Villages around 3 squire km. in Purulia District, in west Bengal the villages are bagalia, mahuldih, suksendih, durga singh danga, panjania, madhab Pur, parasibana ete these villages are near railway station bagalia 25 km. from purulia town there was my firm all villagers came to me and request to report such problem if any assistance require my contact no. 9800721231, 9378336449.

I have made 1 year annual maintenance contract of my Kuchina make Electric chimney (Topaz) through Bajoria Appliances (P) Ltd. Ludhiana (Punjab) vide AMC no. 021466 dated 06-06-16 which is installed at my residence H. No. 25-A North Avenue, Bhadson Road, Patiala (Punjab). The amount paid was Rs. 2640. Almost 6 months have passed since AMC but It is a matter of regret that no person from the service center has come up for service despite repeatedly contacting the service center at telephone no. 01615024053. Even no service request no. is being provided. Every time it is said by the madam attending telephone that person will come for service within two days.
I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and send the person for service. If no person is available for servicing my AMC contract amount of Rs. 2640 be refunded to me immediately.
Waiting for an early action in the matter please.

Scam or fraud: Indigo Airlines — Intentionally ensured that I miss my flight 6E 634 From DEL

Hi Team,

I will like to bring to your notice regd. A serious matter at hand. Indigo has become a corrupt airline, filled with money minded and money making staff. I had reached 1 hr 10 mins i.e. 5:50am before my flight departure which was at 7am, PNR#S89D3C .There was a long queue at the counters and I went and directly interacted with the Indigo staff at the counters, they politely told me not to worry and that I will get the boarding pass. There seemed like some issues at the counters as the people were taking lot of time to provide the boarding passes and were talking to each other instead of attending to the customers.
I went to the counters and told the staff twice to give me my boarding pass so that I don’t miss my flight and they didn’t give me repeating the same thing that I need not worry and they will provide me with the same.
But when I reached the counter finally, they refused to give me the boarding pass and ensured that I miss my flight. Even the guys who told me previously that they will provide me the boarding pass vanished from the site. I kept on requesting the other staffs to call them but they didn’t.
It seemed like a well planned conspiracy to sell my ticket at higher price to someone else. And that what explains the negligence and unwillingness of the Indigo staffs to provide me with the boarding pass on time. Later on the staffs I interacted were quite rude and they told me to go to other counter to get the ticket to the next available flight which according to them cost 13k approx.
Point to be noted here is that when I asked them to direct me to some higher official whom I can complain to, they ignored me totally.
I am writing this complain to ensure that there is some action taken against those staff for the humiliation & harrasment they forced me to undergo and so that I get my money back.
All of the actions will be recorded in the CCTV cameras installed in the airport. Kindly take action accordingly.

Scam or fraud: Indigo Airlines — Change in flight timings by Airlines, not suiting me and needs to re-issue earlier ticket

Complaint Details:
I had booked two tickets on Mumbai-Ahmedabad sector with PNR Y6GP2V for 13th Dec. I am getting call saying timings have changed and delayed till 1650 Hrs. This timing is not suiting me and my both tickets needs to be pre-poned at no cost to me, as it is totally Airlines decision. I have dropped two mails on 2.11.16 and 20.11.16 but I did not get any reply. When I contacted the Indigo to lodge complaint on 20th Nov, and he says the complaint number in website is of HQ, and he disconnected phone number.

Please note that it should be sorted out on priority as we are not getting any response from Indigo and travelling by this flight will be total waste for me.

I spoke to Amit at tel no 0124-4352500, but he did not hear the problem
