as per details they promise me that they will deliver till 31′ december, 2016
but if i try to contact them call cannot connect, no response on email.

I order silver membership card. Till now they cannot deliver silver card to me. As well as..

Ringing bells ltd. Make fraud to me.. To receive payment but cannot deliver my product.( freedom 251 smartphone )

if my complain not solved then i file “fir” at my nearest police station..

On 16 December 2016 I went to vijay sales pitampura looking for a laptop and indeed i found one laptop which was catering my needs. The staff member said to me that it costs 54500 so i left the shop by telling him that i will come within two days to purchase it.
When i went on 19 December 2016 to purchase it the staff said that it’s price has increased to 56500 but the VSP of laptop was not increased on there database still he was saying it’s 56500 now. So without wasting my energy there i left the Vijay Sales store and purchased the same laptop from Reliance Digital for 55000 with a free Sony sound bar worth 15000. Thanku reliance digital for your utmost customer care.
And Vijay sales your staff need tp learn how to cater your customers.

Dt 21/11/2016 Rs 1870 paid to airtel mobile bill.Through my debit card. Amount deducted from my account but not paid to airtel mobile bill. And amount not refund till dated in my account. Many times complaint lodge to SBI Customer care but no any response. Please enquiry how it is not paid. Almost one month cross. I am waiting one or two days otherwise I am going High Court against above issue.

Order number:100062955(samsung e store).Awb number:169024246.it started from bengaluru and reached bangalore again.what is happening?from bangalore to the shipment address it takes only 3hrs of travel.yu are taking 5 days.yet you dint deliver.nobody is responsible.whom to complain.?do the needful.this is unfair.worst ever.you are travelling all over tamilnadu without knowing where to deliver.why do you accept man ? Complaint Details:
I’d logged numerous complaints about slow internet connectivity while using 4 MBPS plan of Tikona.

Everytime ticket is closed stating issue is resolved & same issue again reappears in less than a fortnight.

I now upgraded my plan to 10 MBPS which took 7 days of hussle with Tikona and 2 hours argument on call on 7th day for them to dispatch a tech & upgrade the connection.

Since the date of upgrade which is not more than a fortnight, I’ve never received speed more than 6 MBPS on a 10 MBPS plan…which is shameful on Tikona’s part.

Have logged multiple complaints & spoken with numerous agents 7 3-4 supervisors last being someone named Ashish.

ALL OF THEM COMMITTED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP N GET ISSUE RESOLVED…

GUESS WHAT…I’M STILL FACING SAME ISSUE & GETTING SPEEDS LESS THAN 5 MBPS NOW..!!!

I have recently travelled to US. I recharged around 500 Rs to make roaming outgoing calls to India. The Aircel website proudly displays we can use the AT&T network here. But, there is absolutely no network here and the prepaid balance is stuck in my account for so many months. I am not sure if it will work or if the SIM is expired now. Horrible customer service!! I raised a complaint on the Aircel FB page. They are of no help and saying some hidden terms and conditions never revealed before that it will work only with Sprint SIM and so on.

I tried making broadband bill payment through paytm.Money has been deducted from my bank account but the bill payment has not yet done.I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm 4 days ago but there is no response from the paytm.These guys are very irresponsible and they dont even bother to resolve the issue .its like 4 days since i have faced the issue but upto now there is no response.I want the money back immediately and am never gonna use paytm again.my paytm account is with [removed]

My name is Souvik Dutta, I am a paytm user (Paytm ID 9674430139). Recently on13th Dec 2016 I try pay my CESC bill of RS 4790/- from my paytm account via a friends SBI debit card because of slight short amount in my own bank account, after submitting the debit card details the order was showing in processing state so I thought it will be done in few minutes but next morning I find out that the balance was deducted successfully from the sbi account and I got a confirmation email from paytm but the bill payment order was cancled. So in these past 7days I tried every possible way to contact paytm customer care but they sending me same email again and again saying that the did not recive any payment behalf of that order id. So I asked them how could I get the payment confirmation email from paytm if you guys did not recive any payment and the stop answering my emails. I noticed just now they deleted that order from my account history. Take a look at the screenshot you guys will know what I am talking about.

I bought my car in may 2016, since the i have noticed issue with ground clearance of my car and suspension, initially i was only one in vicinity to own tata tiago so i could not compare it with other, so i shared my complaints with the service centre they ignored my complaints stating every thing is fine and there is not wrong and its normal, but when i started watching other tiago cars on road i found that my car is very low or ground clearance is much less compared with other tiago car, along with that even with just one passenger sitting in the passenger seat the gap between the car body and the tyre reduced drastically, and with 3 passengers seating(no one in front seat) the gap disappears, which is not normal, i was very frustated with ignorance of service centres so i gave a complaint with tata customer care and so they asked to take the car back to workshop, since then my car is in worshop its been 15 days this time but the workshop is not able to fix the problem, a per the workshop there is a issue but they are unable to identify the root cause, they said they have escalated the case to Tata motors and they will arrange a meeting with tata motors engineer but tata motors engineer is not in town or is unavailable, its most unprofessional, pathetic and acceptable customer experience with tata motors, I regret my decision of buying tata tiago and not buying I10 or wagon r
