Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Paytm take my money

Complaint Details:
My name is Souvik Dutta, I am a paytm user (Paytm ID 9674430139). Recently on13th Dec 2016 I try pay my CESC bill of RS 4790/- from my paytm account via a friends SBI debit card because of slight short amount in my own bank account, after submitting the debit card details the order was showing in processing state so I thought it will be done in few minutes but next morning I find out that the balance was deducted successfully from the sbi account and I got a confirmation email from paytm but the bill payment order was cancled. So in these past 7days I tried every possible way to contact paytm customer care but they sending me same email again and again saying that the did not recive any payment behalf of that order id. So I asked them how could I get the payment confirmation email from paytm if you guys did not recive any payment and the stop answering my emails. I noticed just now they deleted that order from my account history. Take a look at the screenshot you guys will know what I am talking about.
