My self pankaj bhateja. I hv purchased a washing machine on 20-8-2013. Its senorita 6kg. 20 days back it got some prob and i talkd to some one on toll free no. They visited n said there is prob in display. We will come wd in a week n wl replace. After a ni of reminders i am not able to get it done yet. I m facing lots of trouble. Plz do it immidiately

I don’t know when will I get my new connection ? How long I wait for that.. Give me a correct answer or else plzzzz cancel my booking.. I will very depressed my dad asked me daily. Already 4dayz gone.. I thought tata sky service is much better service than other service.. Bt now i knw which is better.. Dnt say lie.. Daily i called you you guyz are give the same answer repeatly that was”technician will contact you within 2hrz yesterday also called the executive he said the same answer.. No technician will call me still now.. When will he come ? Give me a correct answer r else plz cancel my booking.. Am n a city then no technician will near in my locality ? Plzz take this as my complaint and take quick action.. Thank you.

I ordered some items in snapdeal. really really really bad thing u guys done is giving courier with FedEx.

we are ordering and using online service for reach the items on home, not at middle of road or any City location.

Please maintain Scheduled delivery date.
My item delivery date is in between 13 Dec to 19 Dec.
But Snapdeal send a mail on 19 Dec, Your Item will be delivery between 23 Dec.(4 days delayed email..!!!)
My Order is not moving 15 Dec to 19 Dec. showing on Your Tracking wabpage…!!!

I wanted more details about my order no 2359413336. I had placed 2 orders. I had clearly stated in the complaint tickets that Rs 618/- from my bank account and Rs 44/- from my paytm wallet (that is a total of 662 ) has deducted from my bank account. I had enquired in the bank also regarding this issue. The bank manager said that amount has been deducted from the bank account from PRCR/0000000000000000000000/NOIDA.
I have attached the statement too. And as per your records why is it so? if the order not placed then what about the paytm wallet money. Its really disappointing to experience this kind of situations from the Paytm service.
And now you people deleted that order details from my profile…
So I kindly request you to refund the same amount to the bank account and paytm wallet as soon as possible.

I have been a customer of IDEA Cellular for over 12 years. During this period the company has had many highs and lows in its network, services, rates and offerings. In spite of the continuously changing dynamics of the telecom industry I have stuck with IDEA in their thick and thin with the same post paid mobile numbers.

The assigned account manager is so complacent and uncooperative towards my requests that I have to continuously follow up with him instead of him showing initiative.

After escalation no proper response received. Why is the Appellate authority at Idea Cellular so lenient towards its arrogant employees and complacent in interacting and communicating with valued platinum customers like myself to resolve my grievances.

Over a span of one and a half month small issues related to VAS have not been attended to properly. Like, MCI rent removal and reversal took over a month to be actioned. During this period no MCI reports were generated when my mobile was out of coverage. The data plan linked to the rental has its cycle date automatically changed, to which no resolution has been provided till date. Upon escalation, not even the courtesy to call and resolve these issues has been expressed lately.

I sure hope IDEA Cellular an integral part of Aditya Birla Group has some respect for its parent company and its patronizing customers.

I have purchased a panasonic eluga L2 phone on 10.08.2016 at Reliance digital at Hasthinapuram, Karmanghat village, Lb nagar circle, Hyderabad.On 17.11.2016 i noticed the phone was not functioning at all. I went to Reliance digital they told me to get it repaired at RABSA Utility solutions (India )pvt ltd, Abids, Hyderabad. I went to Rabsa on 18.11.2016 they have examined the phone & informed that the battery has to be replaced which may take upto 14 days. Its been more than a month but it is not replaced.They are not giving any response.Just saying to come next week n next week so on.My time is wasted a lot. Hi this is Praveen i have booked tickets for 6 peoples for Mysore sightseeing on 18th December 2016 on Sunday.
It shows that the bus would come to pick up at 6:00 am but the bus haven’t come at that time later i have received call from the driver at 7:10 am,
We waited a long and as the contact number they have provided is not responding we have to just come back to home.
So we were really frustrated with this as the contact number is not responding or not reachable in the morning, we decided to postpone it as there is an
option available in the website but we were shock that it’s not accepting the postponement of the tickets and throwing the message as: We are unable to process the request.
This is really shocking if this is not working then what is the point in placing this in the website ?
Finally just because of their neglegence and not responding we had to loose Rs: 2460 and that’s Rs: 410 per person.
I have no words for them they are really cheating the customers with the irrelevant way.
I am really sorry to say please do not book through this travels as they never respond. Finally i would like some higher authority to take an action.

I tried making in account payment through paytm 5 time .Money has been deducted from my bank account but the payment has not yet done 2 time .I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm 1 days ago but there is no response from the paytm.These guys are very irresponsible and they dont even bother to resolve the issue .its like 1 days since i have faced the issue but upto now there is no response.I want the money back immediately and am never gonna use paytm again.my paytm account is with 9828453848

Refund amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- against Amazon.in (Order Id # 408-5760263-2468319) not yet initiated/received as of now after so-many-days even after return product has been successfully reached to Amazon Fulfillment Center but full refund amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- against-the-same not yet received till now. So, I therefore kindly request you from the every very corner bottom of my heart that please Sir/Madam to kindly do the needful and refund my full amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- as soon as possible so that I can again use the amount to replace my order for the exactly same item product from Amazon.in through a completely different seller this time.
