Scam or fraud: Oyo Rooms — No Refund for Cancellation

Complaint Details:
Being a brand name OYO Hotels, this type of service is not accepted from them. It’s really disappointing and frustrating that I have not received any refund amount.
It is regarding booking ID GFCE7894. My check-in was on 24th Dec’16, however due to some circumstances I have to cancel the booking on 21th Dec’16. I was charged full cancellation fees i.e. booking amount of Rs. 7, 894 which is really unacceptable.
As per the cancellation policy which is mentioned below, they should refund the full amount.
For bookings up to 3 rooms –
Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee

24 hours or more prior to check-in time Free cancellation (100% refund)

Please help me to get my money back.

my courier was not delivered to me booking as on17.12.16 still 5 days i am not received. i call to ask annur lot of times and also coimbatore, chennai. every one told courier is in annur.but annur office told that courier not there. What is your service your booking amount is rupees but call to search my courier cost is much more. franch express courier is very bad in all. we are not connected in further and also we are explain to all my friends & relative circle your service is very poor so don’t book your courier

My paytm mobile number is 9096425858. On 18 Dec 2016 around 10 pm to 11 pm, I have transferred money Rs. 1520  from my other paytm account number 9028600574  to 9096425858 paytm wallet.
After that, I have tried to log in in paytm with mobile number 9096425858 but I forgot the password. Then I tried to create the new paytm account with same mobile number 9096425858 but the there was message coming for merging of account and I don’t remember what happened after that, there was nil paytm balance in 9096425858 wallet.

After that, I registered my email id with 9096425858 paytm number.

Now, my paytm wallet 9096425858  showing zero balance. Please look into the matter.

This is bringing to the notice of higher authorities of INTEX that the product was faulty from the start.. I do understand that its a electronic product hence i went to service center for replacing and they assured me that they will let me know once the product is replaced. From 26th November 2016 end till date i.e. 21/12/16 there is no communication from anyone in regards to my product.. Later on while checking with your customer care at the later date 16 and 20 dec 2016 I came to know that my product was being repaired long back around 7th dec 2016. It was a gift for my fiancee who lives in different state and the time it was repaced he was here.. I should have collected it and gifted him then and there.. Now just because of your service center issue.. I am not able to go and collect it and send it to my fiancee.. While asking your person to send it to my address they are actually telling me about INTEX POLICY?? Is it ACCEPTABLE?? Was it my FAULT?? If there is any issues within your department should the customer has to bear the loss and inconvenience?? I have got fracture i cant go to the service center now and asking for my goods delivered to my home is just a small thing which I expected from you guys… This is my first time i bought something from INTEX and my experience with the service center and the service is PATHETIC… IF POLICY OF INTEX STATES THAT THEY CAN NOT DELIVER THE GOODS AT INDIVIDUAL ADDRESS THEN THE POLICY OF INTEX DO STATES THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE INTIMATED WHEN THE PRODUCT IS REPAIRED/REPLACED… And if your department doesnot follow your POLICY then why should i agree on your POLICY??? Why should i have bear all loss and inconvenience??

Please look into the matter and I want my product to be send it to my address so that i can ask someone to courier to my fiancee or wait till the time i meet him next time.
