This is bringing to the notice of higher authorities of INTEX that the product was faulty from the start.. I do understand that its a electronic product hence i went to service center for replacing and they assured me that they will let me know once the product is replaced. From 26th November 2016 end till date i.e. 21/12/16 there is no communication from anyone in regards to my product.. Later on while checking with your customer care at the later date 16 and 20 dec 2016 I came to know that my product was being repaired long back around 7th dec 2016. It was a gift for my fiancee who lives in different state and the time it was repaced he was here.. I should have collected it and gifted him then and there.. Now just because of your service center issue.. I am not able to go and collect it and send it to my fiancee.. While asking your person to send it to my address they are actually telling me about INTEX POLICY?? Is it ACCEPTABLE?? Was it my FAULT?? If there is any issues within your department should the customer has to bear the loss and inconvenience?? I have got fracture i cant go to the service center now and asking for my goods delivered to my home is just a small thing which I expected from you guys… This is my first time i bought something from INTEX and my experience with the service center and the service is PATHETIC… IF POLICY OF INTEX STATES THAT THEY CAN NOT DELIVER THE GOODS AT INDIVIDUAL ADDRESS THEN THE POLICY OF INTEX DO STATES THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE INTIMATED WHEN THE PRODUCT IS REPAIRED/REPLACED… And if your department doesnot follow your POLICY then why should i agree on your POLICY??? Why should i have bear all loss and inconvenience??
Please look into the matter and I want my product to be send it to my address so that i can ask someone to courier to my fiancee or wait till the time i meet him next time.

I tried calling the number but failed, i tried sending messages to them related to the status but no response..
