Complaint Details:
I am international traveller carrying 2 checkin baggage and one hand baggage along with laptop travelling from udr to delhi on 6e525 (M6fqhi) further travel to uganda. Iwas informed that laptop bag is not consider as free baggage and the hand baggage has to be checkin since laptop is hand baggage, i was ready to pay extra baggage and requested that you give me the concession of 7 kgs for hand baggage which was checked in due to laptop in hand. I explained at the counter that worldwide when we travel the laptop is allowed free to carry along with hand baggage but they denied and i was charged inr 5600 (Receipt no 422235) for 17kgs extra even after request to give me 7kgs allownce which i put the bag in checkin luggage due to laptop
Please consider our request to please give us the refund for 7 kgs

I naresh rai is the consumer of reliance communication prepaid services from last 10-12 years. On 15th december 2016 i recharged my reliance mobile no : 7666320413 with rs 97 and received the sms message that “congratulations clm 97 has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you reliance ” but still i was unable to make calls from the mobile. After waiting for 2 more days for the problem to subside on its own. I went to the place from where i recharged my mobile. The person informed that as the successful message has been received his part in the process is done & this error somewhere else to resolve it you can go to some reliance gallery. On enquiring at the reliance gallery at chembur opposite fine arts i was shocked to hear that recharge amount as been forfeited as there is no scheme and the person informing that you will received nor talktime nor data nor refund of the rs 97 recharge done. Now my simple question is this if there is no scheme of rs 97 then why did my recharge amount of rs 97 got successful & how i got successful message for the same i have even written one email to rcomappellateauthority. Mh@relianceada.com their complaint resolving department but i think even that has fallen on deaf ears. Hope this gets resolved i remain

Hi,

I booked an indane lpg gas cylinder on 14th dec 2016 for the amount 584. I tried to make the payment from the debit card. The payment was unsuccessful, but amount was deducted from my account. So i wanted to get the deducted amount credited to my account.

On 21st dec, i called up paynimo services, i was given a reference id and was told to contact indane!! I got no info from paynimo’s end on the phone call.

Well indane directed me to contact you as their payment services center and you direct me back to them. I was asked to google indane number and direct my problem to them!! Then why was your number given at the first place in the mail from indane? Your customer service was not informative.

I still hope to find some help from your end to get my money credited to my account.

I had Jio water phone and recently my phone switched off suddenly and i had send my phone to service centre anantnag there the service centre boy opened my phone whole and asked come yestereday and they asked another day after three days when i went there they asked your phone is moistured by water i had asked if my phone was moistured by water then why u don’t asked me at first day. On their replay they tried to beat me is this a customer satisfaction or a cheating with customer by reliance jio or you have appointed cheater and fradulent in Anantnag Service Centre Kindly help me and provide us a customer service not a cheater service

We have pathetic experience with the product Baby Stroller which we purchased from baybeeshoppee ( product LUVLAP) at the cost of 6000 INR from Hydernagar store. When bought the item from store, we asked the store keeper about why the wheel is not turning appropriately as the wheels are not moving smoothly when pushed. His reply is amazing, He said that when the baby is in stroller then there is some weight, at that time it moves smoothly… As we were in hurry and travelling next day to USA, we bought the item from store. This is for our first baby and we never used the stroller ever before.

We didn’t even try the stroller by keeping baby inside it. The next day we carried the stroller to airport and there tried to keep one baby inside it and carrying other baby in my lap. This stroller is not at all moving forward direction, its moving to different direction or stopped moving and struck completely.

we really never faced the kind of situation in life, its horrible with kids and journey.

Please never buy a product from baybee shoppee and always check the stroller completely before purchasing it.
