Complaint Details:
I want to submit a complaint against Amazon.com. I ordered Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB Portable External Hard Drive with 200GB of Cloud Storage on 26 October 2016. Cost of this product was 3797 INR on that time. I paid same amount in advance. But After 15 days when i called to complaint regarding i do not receive my hardisk then they assured me that your product will reach as soon as possible. After 40 days from order i did not get my hardisk. During this period i called 5 to 6 times at amazon customer care. Each time they assured me we will deliver you hardisk.
But they cancelled my order without my information & refund my amount after 2 months. Now cost of same product is apprx. 4500 INR.
They used my money two months with out delivery of my product & cost of same product has hiked by apprx. 700 INR.

I have ordered 6 foot-wears in a pack of 3 each, i received my order after a month of ordering.there were some problems with size of 2 flats, so i sent a exchange request, at the time of exchange, i was busy somewhere so they cancelled my request, and it’s been 3-4 months, there is no response.It worth Rs.

On 13th Dec i transfer 20, 000 rupees from my SIB account to paytm Wallet and i return back the same amount from my paytm wallet to south indian bank account ( a/c num : 0640053000000033). and it is showing successful transaction in paytm account but the amount did not receive in my bank account.. I tried to contact paytm but they did not give any replay . my paytm account number is 7510613647 . and hereby i give the information regarding the transaction

i logged in to empower account for my saving account & i generated MPIN. When I am checking my balance with tha MPIN it says INVALID UPI PIN. But in my current account Empower App i can easily check my balance with tha MPIN. i tried regenerating it many times but app isnt accepting any. Please help me out. My account number 5497101000880. Out of all the insensible serials shown on z marathi i guess majhya navryachi bayko is the dumbest serial i have come across so far! I have seen a few episodes of this serial and i cant even begin to imagine how to write about this male centric, female demeaning serial! not only the story is extremely derogatory for women but also men are shown as pansies and obsessed with what is going on in other people’s lives! when shanaya cant cook shes shown as a woman who cant handle the “household” but when she ordered the food from outside for her bf’s parents shes conveniently termed as inaccurate! How is showing women only sitting at home, being dependent on their men-partners and keeping the in laws happy no matter how difficult they are to deal with can be considered as being “complete”? then the men complaint about how much “powder” shanaya applies and how she wears her clothes, this is so 18th century ! no one says anything about the man who is clearly cheating on his wife and how he dresses or how he cant cook ? is cooking only the responsibility of the woman ? how does radhika even want to get back together with her husband when hes clearly cheating on her ? why isnt it shown like radhika is strong and files a complaint and wins the case, gets alimony, gets a job/buisness and lives happily as in independent woman? when in reality only this is possible? why is it shown that no matter how terrible your man is, you are supposed to forgive him and make it work? why do the old people not support radhika to get a divorce and just pass foul comments on the mistress? i am not defending shanaya here but the way people talk about her is plain obnoxious! this is passing such a wrong message in the society and i am surprised people even see this stupid serial !

Complaint Details:
My son Thomas Vargheese, who is doing his 3 rd year B tech in SRM Chennai booked ticket on 20.12.16 from Chennai to Coimbatore. Due to heavy traffic he could not reach airport in current time. Even though he reached the airport he was not allowed to board the flight, since the boarding time was over.
fine, why they did not arrange him to go in next flight and why they refused to refund? He pleaded and asked them that he will pay additional amount but still they denied.

He is not travelling for first time, he has travelled abroad also. We have lost our commitments due to missing his flight and he travelled by bus for hours to reach Coimbatore.

I have ordered Coolpad Note-5 on 09/12/2016 and my oreder No. is 15558 but till date i have not received my oreder and it is showing processed from 12/12/2016 but till date i have not received any further infomation regarding my order even i have not received any reply from company regarding my order.

Complaint Details:
Snapdeal will cheat customers after getting their money. It is just fun for them. I ordered for JBL T200 head phone but I got a head phone which is not even worth 50Rs. Requested for return/replacement only to know that I need to courier the package. After getting our they can order us anything as they like. Now the item I returned failed in quality check it seems…only God knows what snapdeal think of its customers.The item can be even get stolen by courier guys. But ultimately it is us customers who have to pay.
