A 7 mobile at 26000 rs i have purchased before 15 days.But when i have buy it there was a camera issue same day, camera was not working properly. But i was busy in hospital for further reasons.so i cant complain in few days .After 14 days i got time and i go to samsung service centre i have to wait for one and half hour to define my phone .they said your camera is faulty you submitt your phone after three days you will get it.but i said that problem was on 8 december 2016 when i had purchased it .so i dont want to repair i want to replace .there answer was irresponsible .why should i give to repair my phone when the fault was on same day.samsung care also not giving answer.very bad service i am torchered by this. This is fault of company and hardware problem they should replace my phone other wise i have to go to consumer court.i have proof also to prove it .there are taken photo on 8 and 12 december and ihave buy on 8 december 2016.

Mr Avinash Kadam and Amit mitra is not answering my calls as per the company person the work should be started immediately. I am waiting since. A two month but the company person Avinash Kadam and Amit mitra is not responding to my call. I have sent a courier to Chennai on 21st December and gave 3700/rs for the same, but we got all things damaged .
Now just want to know one thing who will be the responsible for the same I sent some goods (approx 29000/-RS ) but all are damaged .
So I need my whole amount with courier charges right now .
I dont know what are you doing …

I have claim insurance money for my lost phone 4 months prior. I have submitted all the required documents to the company and the claim was approved within 15 days but still I am waiting for the claim money. Firstly they were saying that the amount will be credited within 60 to 90 days but now more than 120 days have passed but still not recieved any response from them.
Have written many mails to them but they have stop responding the mail.

Scam or fraud: Axis Bank — I am complaining about my pan card and phone number not being updated despite applying for it.

I have a complaint about axis bank branch, connaught place, p block ( new delhi) . I had gone to this branch on 19/12/2016 for depositing my old currency notes. I had my university exams till 19 th of December because of which I could not deposit the money earlier. At the bank, I was told that my pan card and phone number was not updated to my account. The phone number registered was that of reliance mobile which is out of use now and hence does not work. So, I had submitted the form for updating my pan card and phone number along with the self attested photocopy of my pan card in the same branch I.e. in axis bank, connaught place branch ( P block), New Delhi on the very day I.e. 19/12/2016. I was verbally assured that it would be updated within 48 hours by a staff member but it has not been updated till date. A lot of inconvenience has been caused to me because of this. Since my vacation had started from the next day I.e. 20 th of December and my tickets had been booked earlier, I was out of Delhi and could not go to the bank again. Despite being assured that the update of my pan card and phone number would be done, I has not been updated even after a lapse of 96 hours. Ultimately I had to deposit the amount in my father’s account in some other bank.
