Sir/madam,
I think this will be my third complaint cause no reponse has been made.I ordered a product on 16 december, my tracking no 187596496, thinking myntra to be a good proper service i oredered the product but to my horror its very Bad, totally not worthy of online shopping today is 26 th december i was supposed to get my product on 24.No action has been taken so far. I do Hope You will at least deliver my product .

I Have my Current Account in Canara Bank Goyal Nagar Indore as
A/C No. 5102201000076 named ASAUS Technologies.
I have deposited a Cheque with no. 953875 of PNB Manisha Market Shahpura Bhopal of Amount 39200 on 20/12/2016 . but still I have no update about clearance of this cheque. Normally When I deposit any cheque in HDFC Bank current A/C it hardly take 2 days for clearing which is correct as per RBI Norms.
Please Help me in this matter.

Scam or fraud: Syska Gadget Secure — Syska not processing and not taking any action

My mobile got damaged on 24th November my CIN no. is 1611247205. I complained about it on 24th November only and after 9 days on 2nd November pickup was done by syska. Today is 26 December no process took place by syska and it still showing same status as pickup. I am very disappointed by services of syska I called many times but status is still same and no process is going on. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with syska services.

Kindly revert me asap and take action. I am going out of India in January before that I need my mobile back.

Ebazar ninja”s courier has delivered item to my neabour which i got 24 hrs after delivery. after open of pack connected to mobile power bank got discharged immediately. i put power bank for charging. it has taken more than 24 hrs to charge. i removed from charging and connected to my mobile. first time my mobile get charged . i connected my second mobile after quarter charging power bank drain out. i again put power bank for charging but not yet charged. i written to customer care of ebazar ninja for the issue but they have refused to return the product stating that 48 hrs return policy has expired.order id is # OID270419

I placed replacement order with my available size in September and returned the original one for replacement. Return pickup was done from delivery man. But I am not getting any update regarding that order from then. In my order history it shows me “Exchange pick request sent”. There is tracking reference number but no order tracking facility available. I sent emails for updates on this order but I just receive auto generated mail that I will get update soon but haven’t received any update yet. Many time I tried to call on their service contact number : 09211907907. Some time they are not answering and sometimes it rings busy.

We had booked a flat a flat in July-2010 as one of very few buyers in among first 100. after six years EROS group has sent a much escalated demand note of more than Rs. 4.5 Lakh, over the due amount as per agreed rate and final amount. They are citing some clause wherein they can clam any escalation in the cost due to uforseen reasons etc.

How, the end consumer can be held responsible for the delays which were beyound his involvement. Rather the builder should be paying delay charges to us.

Let us form a group to put our point to the EROS group and to take the issue to its final outcome.

I have ordered the red-mi note 3 phone after reading a mixed review from flipkart. Many people said that it has heating issues. And some said that it is not getting heat. One more reason for buying this phone is 16 MP camera. As the phone was released in November 15, I thought the bug would have been corrected now. But after using it I got to know that the problem persists. The camera quality is also not up to mark. If you compare with 13 MP camera of red mi prime is better than red mi note 3. And then I thought of returning it and placed a request for return. After placing the return request I got a call from flipkart executive.The person was very rude over the call and trying to provide false information and denying for return telling its a common problem and the product cannot be returned.

Why I am not get promotional cash back amount 20% against Order # 23980277 Date 19 Dec 2016, 05:29 PM IST AT Vishal Mega Mart against my purchase via Mobikwik Wallet.

Even I cannot able to contact Mobikwik Wallet customer service center. IVR not working properly.

Mobikwik Wallet customer care not given reply of my emil also.

I want resolution asap.
