My mobile got damaged on 24th November my CIN no. is 1611247205. I complained about it on 24th November only and after 9 days on 2nd November pickup was done by syska. Today is 26 December no process took place by syska and it still showing same status as pickup. I am very disappointed by services of syska I called many times but status is still same and no process is going on. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with syska services.
Kindly revert me asap and take action. I am going out of India in January before that I need my mobile back.
