Scam or fraud: DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delay in delevery

Complaint Details:
I have booked an order online via onlymobiles.com on 19th of this month, on 20th of this month they dispatched my order through dtdc courier under AWB number X18681610. The product arrived on delhi air hub on 21th since then it was stucked their till now, it has to be delivered on 23rd of this month. But unfortunately today is 26th dec the product is not delivered yet, I have lodged a complaint on dtdc portal vide case no 05356147 but no one took the pains to resolve the issue, Kindly look into the matter. and advice me for further correspondence.

I was regularly in touch with them to ask about my money back to bank as they cancelled my order. Finally today, after 25days, they said money transfered to my bank. But I did not received any money back, even cross check with bank parson.

Being hopeless, I was searching the reputation of this company, I found it’s a fraud one from Delhi, there were lots of coustomer negative report same like my case.

Please help me.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unnecessary money debited from paytm side

I was trying to add money in my paytm, but that time 2400 rupees deducted from my debit card but not added yo my paytm .transaction has been done on 28th november 2016 and 25th december 2016.why this is happening, this is the worst experience I had on paytm.
I have contacted paytm through mails but there is no response from paytm side.
This is a serious issue.i want my money back, provide me all the details about these two transactions otherwise I have to go for fir.
I need faster actions to be taken.
As you people are not responding atlest call me and help me out.

The shipment sent on 18/12/2016 from Chennai to Bangalore and after literally making 100 calls they have managed to deliver the consignment on 21/12/2016 with the below item missed out in the above shipment

Sofa I No (3 seater )

Mr Manjunath who is responsible for delivering the above item promised me to deliver the above item on 24/12/2016 which has not been delivered till now and upon meticulous follow up he is harshly responding by saying the above item can be delivered only on next Sunday 08th Jan 2017.

This Person Manjunath has annoyed by his negligent service. I expect penalty compensation for this from the company and disciplinary actions needs to be taken against this person.

In my wallet rupee 8000 and I send to bank a/c but till it was not sent to that a/c.
and tons of tons time to call customer care complaint to resolve the problem bit no one can did it.,
one thing i to say PayTM is really really worst and most embrassed application to the people to the money transfer.

after landing driver asked 961 rupee as aganist your E receipt informby mail RS 700

Now ask driver to return 261 rupee

I sent mail immedautly so far there is no reply
Driver asked while starting I need receipt I said Yes
He said MEGA did not inform him

I got mail from MEGA stating that your bill is 700

Now I want driver to return me RS 261/-

Complaint Details:
I have been cheated by SNAPDEAL by sending fake product and in spite of raising my complaint, no action has been taken yet and denied to resolve. I have also shown the fake product snap. My order no is 14862355310. And product was Ponds age Miracle day cream. Behavior of customer care is very irritant. They are trying to escape their responsibility taking shelter of complaint registration within 7 days. When the issue of fraud and cheating by sending pest in place of costly cream they should take responsibility to taking action against the fraudster company who is spoiling the customer faith, irrespective the time duration but even then not willing to help.

Date Added: 14/12/2016 Rs.10999/-in www.sabbuy.com through Paytm wallet(10% cash back offer).I cancelled that product as on 20.12.16 but there is no response from this website or Paytm .I have already mailed about that to the compan. Scam or fraud: Mahindra And Mahindra — Delayed Delivery

This is with reference to the XUV 500 W10 FWD M/t booked by my client Mr Sajid Jamil Ahmed Shaikh in the month of June’16 for black colour.

As black colour for the same model was not available even after 6 month my client decided to change the colour to Purple Metallic. This was conveyed to the dealer Global Gallarie in the 1st week of this month and I was told by Mr Rajesh Shetty that the colour is ready and the next day I was told that by the 15th of December the car will be delivered to the customer and to disburse the approved file with ICICI Bank Ltd.

The disbursement was received by Global Gallarie on the 15th of December And since then I have been calling the sales team and Mr Manish Malhotra but fail to get any feed back as they dont have enough courtesy to answer to customers calls waiting for 6 months.

I then complaint to the customer care where I got the no of Mr Prabhakar Jhakkan. But he too did not receive a single call out the 100 calls made by me only answered by text messages. His Mobile No is 9987547757.

Today I have been informed that the car is not available and will be billed to the dealer only after 6 days.

A customer who has waited for so long and is a privileged customer already owns a XUV since 2013. A loyal to Mahindra vehicles is being harassed to this extent. My customer is truly annoyed with this service he has received for so many months now.
